This is the second time in the past two weeks that people have learnt of western invading forces in Afghanistan trampling on Afghan values and have unquestionably affirmed the claims of Islamic Emirate that the foreign invaders have occupied our country to violate our honor and dignity. We are once again witnesses to the anti-human crime, the target of which is regrettably once again our defenseless, oppressed and subdued countrymen. This time it is the British forces that have compelled two ten year old children (a boy and a girl) to touch the private parts of a few savage animals (soldiers) of the so called civilized world which they have also notoriously videotaped.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan vehemently condemns this immoral and shameful act and points to this as an example of the ethical standards of the occupying soldiers. We call on our respected, honorable and distinguished nation to fortify their ranks before everything else and to deny our enemy the chance of ever again playing with our chastity and honor.

Esteemed and oppressed nation! Today the hands of the invaders have reached our honor. Instead of living subdued lives, the various classes, in the hope of martyrdom and dignity, should join hands and take revenge from the enemy for all these criminal actions. In addition, an exemplary lesson should also be given to those notorious faces that have accompanied these savage invaders and believe their filthy presence on our Islamic soil is necessary.

You also have particular obligations towards protecting the honor, dignity and freedom of the nation in your respected areas. You know that the defeated enemy is taking its last breath and have now extended its hands towards such vile acts and have started digging their own graves in advance so you should also strive to give them such exemplary last blows which they shall never forget in accordance with your Islamic and Afghan customs for carrying out such acts with our children, urinating on our dead and thousands of other such cowardly criminal acts in order to restore our honor and dignity and assure our independence.

Alongside this we also call on all the nations of the world especially the Muslim nations to help us in preventing such acts taking place by showing their sympathy to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan as the true representatives of the people of Afghanistan and cooperating in anyway possible in defeating this barbaric enemy.

As before, we once again call on the United Nations, all Human Right organizations and especially OIC and all the Islamic countries to not consider such acts by the British and other invading countries as isolated personal incidents but they should treat is as only a sample of the savageries of these armies and officially condemn them with one voice while at the same time, lend every assistance possible in helping us achieve freedom in accordance with the real aspiration of every human being.

We one again tell our cowardly, defeated and despicable enemy that such crimes of yours will definitely (if Allah wills it) bring about your end. We recognized your evil, despicable lack of ethics and weakness in the initial stages of this war. These crimes are not the personal crimes of a few of your soldiers but this is the real face of your governments and military organs which is being exposed to the whole world. The people witnessed and still remember your treatment of the prisoners in Guantanamo while your handling of prisoners in Iraq’s Abu Ghuraib and the thousands of secret and disclosed crimes against our people in the past decade are the representation of your actual faces.

These actions of yours will definitely (if Allah wills it) be judged heavily; our determinations are strong and we will not waver; we have a long history of battle and war! about which you are either ignorant or have perceived us as weak. Our soil has a history of crushing empires. Your crimes only reveal your identity. Our nation shall also come out from this trial with their heads held high. Your surrogates will also face prosecution here.

We understand very well that you are in the last moments of your occupation and you will reach for every crime and savagery in these tender moments but you should not forget that you will have to answer for all of it. You and your invading soldiers will not go unquestioned. We shall take revenge against each one of your soldiers with our blood. Hundreds of our martyrdom seeking Mujahideen are eagerly awaiting their turn while thousands of our enraged Mujahideen are marching to confront you. You shall certainly have to face retribution for your crimes and your necks shall certainly be broken.

American President Barack Obama, who had given hope to his nation of withdrawing troops from the exhaustive Afghan war one and half year earlier, finally announced that 10000 soldiers will be withdrawn by the end of this year.

Barack Obama made his announcement of withdrawing 10000 troops in the whole year at a time when the American nation’s hatred for this war has reached a tipping point. A recent poll suggested that most Americans want to bring the occupation of Afghanistan to an end as quickly as possible and want all American soldiers to be removed from this futile war.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers this announcement which currently withdraws 10000 soldiers this year, only as a symbolic step which will never satisfy the war weary international community or the American people because it comes as America simultaneously wants to build permanent bases in Afghanistan under the title of ‘Strategic Agreement’ by forcing its stooge regime to sign and approve it while it is at the same time busying its invading forces in killing and persecuting the Afghan people in all corners of Afghanistan.

Obama and his war mongers want to deceive their nation and with this announcement, while in reality, they have no respect for their nation’s demands or wanting to bring this war and occupation to an end nor do they want to fulfill their promise. Obama’s statement about training Afghan Police and Army holds no significance because firstly, the trainers themselves have failed in passing this exam and secondly, the Afghans see them as thieves and enemies of their nation and religion. On top of this, the so called Army and Police, most of whom are drug addicts, forced out of their homes, the filth and bad people of society have been gathered for vice, given the mentality to spread vice and assigned for corruption will not reach Afghans any benefit nor will they help the Pentagon or CIA reach their ambitions.

The American nation must realize that their politicians and Army Generals are prolonging their game with them which was started a couple of years earlier. They are repeatedly giving false hopes to its nation about ending this war and claiming baselessly about victory and in this way want to extend this war as long as possible.

It must be clarified that the assertion of American leaders about making headway in Afghanistan and Obama’s proclamation of them being in a stronger position are nothing more than baseless claims and propaganda. They have not gained progress in the battle field nor can they bring forth any proofs of this progress. The increase in troop levels since last year has only increased the loss in life and equipment on their side. And in this way, the increased blind bombings of villages, genocide, persecution of people and the destruction of people’s homes and farms to protect themselves cannot be called victory or progress by any sound mind.

The American people, who have now understood many of the realities about the Afghan war, must take serious steps to stop this pointless bloodshed. The American taxpayers must realize that, like the previous ten years, their money is still being wasted on this pointless and meaningless war or is still going to the pockets of the officials in the corrupt Kabul regime. If they do not react now, they will definitely be forced to do so in the future in order to release themselves from this crisis.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan once again wants to make it clear that the solution for the Afghan crisis lies in the full withdrawal of all foreign troops immediately and until this does not happen, our armed struggle will increase from day to day. In Afghanistan, region, American and the rest of the world, hatred will only increase against all invading troops and will end up in the disgraceful defeat of the invading troops, God willing.

The Americans and the Britons are most conceited and pleased with their advanced military technology and their armed- to- the- teeth army and their economic strength. One of their main pillars is the existence of their espionage agencies which have been operating in all parts of the world, engaged in the filthy business of disintegrating integral nations, disseminating dissentions and creating rifts among people and giving rise to religious and geographical differences. All people are aware of these anomalies.

These circles of devils left no stone unturned in Afghanistan during the past decade to achieve their goals, trying to play fraternal Afghans ethnicities against each other and thus ensure survival of the invaders and continuation of the occupation in the country. They want to unspin the thread of national unity of the Afghans; flare up lingual, racial and geographical motives while at the same time, weaken the spirit of Jihad and lessen the momentum of resistance against the invaders. But fortunately, during the past decade, their military technology, army, financial incentives and other intrigues faced smashing failure.

Similarly, their intelligence dragnets and other conspiracies also botched up. The fatuous drama of negotiation is one of them. They have started this process with most fanfare for the past two years under various names and titles. They want to blunt the sacred slogan of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan through conspiracies and discredit it in the eyes of the Afghans.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was on its guard against these intrigues of the Americans and their invading Allies. It is determined that it would never show its readiness for negotiation in conditions that the foreign forces are stationing in the country. As it is unveiled, America has a vortex of conspiracies up its sleeve which they concoct under the pretext of negotiation.

The Americans think that even a mere consent of the Islamic Emirate to talks in conditions of the presence of the foreign forces in the country is an achievement in itself which they want to use as a stunt politically and militarily. The recent exposure of the fake Mullah Mohammad Mansur indicates how the Americans and other vested interested are bent on harming the image of the prominent figures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Observers believe that the exposure of the fake Mullah Akkhtar Mansour is a matter of shame for the Americans and their invading Allies. On the one hand, they engineered such a sophisticated conspiracy but on other hand, they ridiculously lacked adequate information and their knowledge about the would be participant in the negotiation was so much ludicrous that even an ordinary Afghan deceived them for 15 months, taking from them hundreds of thousand of dollars and sterling pounds.

To end, we want to tell the concocters of conspiracies of CIA that the Islamic Emirate is not a foundation, the leaders of which you can buy with money or could deceive with your phony processes and fatuous slogans but their personalities are overwhelming with the Islamic faith and real Afghan spirit. They have a strong resolve to forge ahead with the Jihad and keep on the face-off with the enemy. Either they will lay down their lives or compel the enemy to flee the territory of the Afghans.

American president Obama made a 4-hour long stopover at the Bagram air base during a clandestine trip to Afghanistan and fatuously assured himself that the American forces would make advancement in Afghanistan and turn the tide against the Taliban. He said, the Americans forces would achieve the objectives for which they have come here.

American President Obama is making these assertions in a time that the Pentagon in a recent report to the American Congress has said that their current military operations against Taliban and the goal of bolstering the Kabul regime is falling short of its timeframe. Nor there is any vista of hope in the coming days to turn the table.

A number of experts, viewing he recent brief trip of Obama to Afghanistan, have opined that Obama is facing a poor image dilemma as per the popular surveys conducted among the American public as a result of the war in Afghanistan. So he extended the war by committing a troops surge through sending tens of thousands of new troops. Rationally, he should have put an end to the illegitimate Bush's war and ended the legacy of his stubbornness.

The American are witnessing that the war in Afghans is nearing its end with the defeat and historical disgrace of America and that the Taliban are gaining strength with the passage of time, so their resentments against Obama are constantly on the rise.

The people’s disenchantment with Obama came to the open during the recent Americans election which culminated into a smashing defeat to the democrats who belong to Obama’s party.

A French political analyst Bruno Bunfa, in an interview to the media, said that hasty trip of Obama to Afghanistan reflects the jittery of the American president because the war in Afghanistan needs more expenditure while the American people are not ready to carry out the heavy weight of taxes and other financial restraints. He says, the former Soviet Union fought the war in Afghanistan for one decade to achieve their goals but achieved nothing. Obama and the Americans should not continue their policy of repression and coercion and showdown of forces in a country which is known for not have been ever governed through force and oppression.

The Americans and the Kabul regime rulers say that there were technical and security problems that the American president Obama nether held a press conference nor met any official of the Kabul regime, returning home during the stillness of the night. However, analysts believe that Obama had no guts to confront the public of the world and the Afghans and justify the rationale behind the prolongation of the Afghanistan war or at least, talk about a credible strategy about continuation of the occupation of Afghanistan. On 19th and 20th of November, the current year, NATO Secretary General announced in Lisbon that the NATO forces would withdraw from Afghanistan in 2014, handing over power to the Kabul Afghan Administration. The announcement came at the end of a meeting held in Lisbon which was also participated by the Russian Premier and UNO Secretary General.

As far as the withdrawal of the American and NATO forces from Afghanistan is concerned, we can say it is the result of the decade-long legitimate struggle of the Afghans and thus good news for them.

The invading Americans and their coalition attacked our country under a baseless and unjustified rationale. They perpetrated oppressions against our people and country for ten years, resorting to all kinds of brutalities but could not force the Afghans to surrender or at least weaken the momentum of the resistance.

Though the Americans and NATO have announced their decision to withdraw from Afghanistan during the next four years but every sagacious human being knows that the Afghans had cornered the NATO and American forces during the past decade, killing thousand of their soldiers, causing their economic pillars to crumble; exposing veil from their deceptive and misleading slogans of humans rights advocacy, civil and political freedoms and other empty slogans. Similarly, the Afghans’ legitimate struggle motivated other nations to rise against their arrogant rulers that why they were losing their brothers and sons and other members of their families in a meaningless and unjustified war.

Though the foreign forces withdrawal from Afghanistan would start in 2014 according to the NATO member countries decision passed in Lisbon, but seeing the Jihad momentum and the firm determination of resistance of the Afghans, one could conclude that the conveners of the Lisbon meeting would one day wish alas we had announced the year 2011 as the precise year of withdrawal of forces from Afghanistan instead of the one already announced. This is because the Afghans are not ready to tolerate foreign occupation in their country even for an evanescent period. Furthermore, the Afghans do not trust the enemy that it would ever live up to its promise of withdrawal.

According to an illustrated American daily, the Christian Science Monitor, a number of Western military experts have criticized the prolongation of the war in Afghanistan for further four years, saying it would deal a dashing blow at the financial and budgetary deficit of America which is already in shambles. According to the daily, America would have to spend another astronomical portion of 413 billion dollars for the war in Afghanistan. This huge amount of money is not bearable in view of the current American financial crunch.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believes, the NATO decision to withdraws from Afghanistan is the result of the victory of the current Jihad of the Afghans but at the same time, makes it known that none can distract their attention from the path of Jihad and struggle of independence until and unless the last foreign soldiers leave Afghanistan and the military threat is no more hovering over our country. Nor the invaders can achieve their nefarious goals through concoction of machinations and intrigues.

Malaysian Ulema Council Alarm Muslims against Qadian Ahmadiyah

Malaysia- Datuk Amri Suratman, director of Sabah Islamic Religious Affair, alarmed the Malaysian Muslims that the Qadian Ahmadiyah has been classified as ‘non-Islamic’ because they do not hold prayers in Masjids.

Talking in a press conference on Saturday (11/12/2010), Mr Suratman promised that the Qadian Ahmadiyahh will be under scrutiny in order to defend the Muslims from following the misleading sect.

“Qadianism is spreading rapidly in the world and as such, the department will continue to monitor their activities to ensure their teachings do not spread to the Muslim community,” said Mr Suratman.

Mr Suratman, further, told the public to become aware of the Qadian Ahmadiyah because of its similarities to Islam in few aspects.

Followers of Qadian Ahmadiyahh, according to Mr Suratman, read the Quran just like the Muslims in common, but they do not perform Salah in Masjid.

Ahmadiyah sect continues to suffer from marginalization in many Muslim populous countries for their belief in the existence of another prophet after the Prophet Muhammad.

This sect believes that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was a reformer as well as a the last prophet after the Prophet Muhammad.

Malaysian Ulema Council alone will take a real action in effort to stop this movement by holding a public discussion on the Qadiani Ahmadiyah on December 21st, 2010.

Swedish Mujahid Carries Out a Martyrdom Operation

Sweden- A Mujahid originally from Sweden carried out a martyrdom operation against the Sweden’s “war against Islam’ in Stockholm on Saturday (11/12/2010).

In this operation, two bomb attacks were launched in central Stockholm precisely at 4:50 PM of local time.

No casualties were reported from the operation, but two local people were wounded and the Mujahid alone finally found his martyrdom.

Just few minutes before the operation, a Sweden-based news agency admitted receiving an e-mail voicing the Western’s invasion in Muslim lands, such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Somalia.

The attack was also addressed to the Sweden’s arrogance in term of allowing Swedish artists insulting the Prophet Muhammad to live free without any legal action even though Muslims throughout the world expressed their condemnation.

In his email, the attack was a revenge to the Sweden’s ‘war against Islam,’ to its ‘humiliation of the Prophet,’ and to its ‘stupid support of the pig Vilks’ (Lars Vilks).

“Our actions will speak for themselves, as long as you do not end your war against Islam and humiliation of the Prophet and your stupid support for the pig Vilks,” wrote the Mujahid on his email.

Local police detectives have been assigned to investigate the martyrdom operation, and to find whether the two explosions are related each other.

Two month earlier, the Swedish government had been warned about the existence of such a martyrdom attack, but the security police was in still saying that no attack was imminent.(Islaminet/LATimes)

So far, no independent investigations and research have been conducted concerning Aisha’s case, whose face was on the front cover of the Time in July, hailing from Uruzgan province of Afghanistan whose nose and ears are said to have been cut off by her in-laws, and the fact that how the very issue has been raised and why her case has drawn a lot of controversies.

What Aisha’s Father told media during a recent interview has surfaced stunning facts exposing the true face of the anti-Islamic and self-interested US and its role in Aisha’s fake case. Aisha’s Father questioned the US’ humanitarian assistance and asserted the return of his daughter kidnapped by the US invaders from his house, so in order that he leads an honorable life in the society.

The recent facts surfaced, on the one hand, unveil how brazenly and one-sidedly the mainstream media outlets such as New York Times magazine, New York Times newspaper, CNN, BBC and so on, have pinned the said fake case on Mujahideen; on the other hand, lift the lid off the main role of the invading forces played in Aisha’s case, as was clearly stated by Aisha’s father that the US forces had been involved.

To put it bluntly, there is enough evidence to prove that this was faked by the world media in order to blame it on Mujahideen, as usual, so that they might have deviated the minds of the naive masses and fooled them yet again.

The sequence of the events, if observed, the issue (Aisha’s case) has exactly raised among the world media when US-led coalitions under the leadership of Obama saw no possible further justification for prolongation of Afghan war and extension of their military missions on the ground in Afghanistan, consequently poor Aisah, the honor of Afghan was compromised with the time magazine covering Aisha’s heart-breaking photo and tragic story followed by the other media outlets including CNN, which gave the issue a tremendous coverage so that it would apply a sort of emotional blackmail and exploit anti-war minds, meantime, paving the ways for the continuous US military involvement.

Now that the US involvement in the case is crystal clear, further inquiries should be conducted to find out the fact that to what extent the US is dishonest and brutal to the helpless Afghan masses and to what length the US can go to betray the Afghan nation; furthermore, the Afghans should not stay indifferent to poor and oppressed Aisha who fell victim to US ploy and strategy.

With whatever possible means they have at their disposal, the Afghans have to demand a clarification and explanation from the US and their puppets and her return as her father does.

Two Palestinian Mujahideen Martyred on the Hands of Israeli Terrorists

Palestine- Two Palestinian Mujahideen were martyred as Israeli terrorist made sporadic tank attacks on them near the Al-Boreij refugee camp late on Saturday (11/12/2010).

Israeli spokeswoman lay to the public as saying that they spotted two Muslim Mujahideen were getting closer to the Israeli terrorists invading the area inside the Gaza Strip.

Using that fraud claim, the Israeli terrorists justified their attack on the Mujahideen that resulted in two martyred.

Information from the side of the Palestinians, retrieved from Adham Abu Salmiyya – spokesman of the Emergency Department of the Gaza Strip – said that the Mujahideen were about to take revenge on the Israeli terrorist.

Further Mr Adham witnessed that a group of Israeli terrorists launched blind attack at Palestinian houses located in the Boreij refugee camp.

Knowing their Muslim relatives were being attacked, some brave Mujahideen approached the Israeli terrorists, but they were soon fired as the Israeli terrorists spotted their existence.

The Palestinian Mujahideen defended themselves from the attack by launching round of live ammunition at the Israeli terrorists who invaded the area.

Seven Afghan Civilians Martyred as NATO-led Invaders Launch Brutal Airstrike

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan- A correspondent of Iran-based news agency Press TV has just recently reported that seven Afghan civilians were martyred as NATO-led terrorists launched brutal airstrike.

For a moment, the seven Afghan civilians massacred in the Saturday’s airstrike were construction workers who were under a project in Zarmat district in the province of Paktia.

Of course, the attack has lured extreme anger amongst the local people as the same ‘accident’ often struck their relatives.

With the current attack on civilians by the NATO terrorists, the number of civilian casualties continues to increase significantly only in October this year.

Sheikh Raed Salah to be freed from Israel Terrorist’s Prison

Palestine- Sheikh Raed Salah, leader of the Islamic Movement in Israel, is set to be freed from Israel terrorist’s prison on Sunday (12/12/2010), that’s Maan News Agency has reported.

The news came as zahi Nijiadat had made a press conference on Friday (10/12/2010) that there will be a welcome celebration for Sheikh Raed Salah in the city of Umm Al-Fahm.

Sheikh Raed Salah alone was jailed by the Israeli terrorists in July this year upon fraud charge of assaulting an Israeli police terrorist.

The Sheikh denies the charge, but the Israeli terrorists insisted to send him to prison.

Mr Salah’s denial of the charge was also supported by the deputy leader of the Islamic Movement, Kamal Al-Kahtib saying that the imprisonment was ‘unfair.’

“We believe that the imprisonment was unfair because the arrest was carried out for political reasons. It had nothing to do with justice nor with the details of the fabricated charges,” said Mr Al-Kahtib.

Sheikh Raed Salah is a central figure in Israel for his Jihad against the Israel’s invasion in the Land of Palestine.

With his organization, Islamic Movement in Israel, he is critical and vocal to the issues of Jerusalem and Masjid Al-Aqsa.

Indonesia- Hundreds of Indonesian Muslims demolished a worship place of Ahmadiyah congregation in Warnasari Village, Sukabumi District, West Java, Indonesia.

The execution, which was carried out after permission from the government, took place on Friday (10/12/2010) morning.

Amongst the Muslims demolishing the Ahmadiyah’s worship place were government’s officials and policemen from the local office.

“The execution is a kind of the Ummah’s struggle. We insist on urging the government to ban the existence of Ahmadiyah sect in the nation,” said KH. Abdullah Mukhtar, the head of Annidzam Islamic school.

The process of execution went on without any defensive effort from the Ahmadiyah followers.

Only in this week, there had been two large-scale protests addressed to the US to as soon as possible leave Pakistan before the number of victims of the drone airstrike continues to grow.

The newest protest was held on Friday (10/12/2010) morning with the same issue of the US’s drone attack to civilians.

Kyrgyzstan- In response to the ethnic clash occurred in June this year, Kyrgyz government continues to scrutiny about 53 masjids throughout the city of Osh.

Local media have reported on Thursday (09/12/2010) that five imams at five Masjids in the city were removed from their position.

The decision to ‘fire’ the five imams were taken by a new commission established by the Osh City Hall politicians on December 2nd, 2010.

The commission alone based their decision on two counts; first, for leaving their Masjid without supervision during the ethnic class, and secondly, for propagating non-traditional Islam (read: non government).

Follow up to such a ‘counter-terrorism’ (read: counter-Jihadism) is that the government is about to build a database of ‘religious extremists.’

Further they have confirmed that the more detailed security check will be apparent to all Imams and religious authorities.

Including one of the security checks is a special test for Imams in the coming day.

Islam is the dominant religion in the country, with percentage at 80% of the population is Muslim.

Saud Royal Police Detain a Saudi Law Professor

Saudi Arabia – Muhammad Al-Abdulkarim, a law professor at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, was arrested by the Saud Royal Police on Monday (06/12/2010), a human rights group said.

The Human Rights First Society of Saudi Arabia (HRFS) further reported that the arrest of Mr Mohammed Al-Abdulkarim was based on his article published on his Facebook page last month.

Date on November 23rd, 2010, Mr Abdulkarim published an article on the succession of the Saud Royal Family and possibility of a power struggle inside the royal family.

Four men in civilian clothes and uniforms came to Mr Abdulkarim’s house in Riyadh and brought him without any arrest warrant.

For that reason, HRFS bravely accused the Saud Royal Police of committing in illegal arrest upon two reasons.

As said by HRFS’s head, Mr Ibrahim Mugaiteeb, the arrest of Mr Muhammad Al-Abdulkarim is illegal since there is no arrest warrant and no charge upon Mr Abdulkarim even though he has been held for more than 24 hours.

The royal succession in the Saud Royal Family is a highly sensitive subject to discuss in Saudi Arabia.

Hence, Mr Abdulkarim’s critical article on the Saud Royal Family, which came few days after the departure of Saudi King to the US for medical treatment, would only result in his arrest.

On November 23rd, 2010, Mr Abdulkarim got his article on the matters published on his Facebook profile before it was republished on Rooyah magazine webpage.

Local media in Saudi Arabia, which are in favour of the Saud Royal Family, tend to keep ignorant upon the arrest of Prof. Muhammad Al-Abdulkarim.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan – The Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan is getting angry to the US following the death of its two soldiers following a brutal airstrike by the NATO-led foreign forces in eastern Afghanistan.

As reported by Press TV, some Afghan soldiers were returning from an anti-Taliban operation when they were suddenly “presented” with airstrike bomb from the foreign invaders.

Among the buildings destroyed was a Palestinian State school as reported by Maan News Agency.

The brutality of the Israeli forces began when they declared that Tana area – seven kilometres from Beit Furik – a closed military zone.

Ghassan Doughlas, an official in charge of monitoring settlements in the northern West Bank, reported to the Maan News Agency that 12 barns, tents donated by the International Red Crescent, and three under-construction-classroom destroyed by the Israeli terrorists.

Another report released by the Ynet said that the Israeli terrorist Army and Civil Administration demolished eight buildings, including a school, in Tana area – an area wherein the Israeli terrorist government is planning to change it into an army training ground.

Not only did the Israeli terrorist government destroy Palestinian refugee tents, but also banned them from entering the area saying that the demolition was part of an Israeli court ruling.

Indonesian Police Trying to Charge Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir with another Fraud Case

Indonesia- Just few days after the Indonesian High Court rejected the charge upon Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir, Indonesian Police is trying to charge Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir by relating him with ‘terrorist’ Fadli Sadama.

Fadli Sadama alone is a ‘terrorist’ suspect who was arrested in Malaysia and he had been taken over by the Indonesian Police upon charge that he tunnelled a sum of money to support the military training held in Aceh last year.

The Indonesian Police is now investigating (read: relating) Ustadz ABB – that’s Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir usually called – to find whether or not Ustadz ABB has ‘direct relation’ with Fadli Sadama.

“Now it is being investigated whether there is direct relation or indirect (relation) between Fadli and Ustadz,” said the Indonesian Police spokesman Iskandar Hasan on Monday (06/12/2010).

“If we take a look directly, indeed there is no (relation), but if we look the series like (what we did) previously, I’ll say how far Ustadz ABB is really related to the military training in Aceh,” he added.

From such a statement, it can be inferred that the Indonesian Police has no evidence to prove that Ustadz ABB funded and was involved in the military training Aceh.

To hide such a fraud claim, Iskandar further added, “Will (Ustadz ABB) be related or not, we will see it in the court.”

Ustadz ABB was kidnapped by the Indonesian Anti-terror (read Anti-Islam) squad on August 2010 in Banjar, Ciamis, West Java.

He is falsely charged with funding the military training held by some pious Muslims in the province of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam.

Fadli Sadama alone was arrested in Malaysia just few hours after the Indonesian High Court rejected the charge upon Ustadz ABB regarding to giving financial aid to the military training in Aceh.

Fadli Sadama was arrested also upon the same charged with Ustadz ABB, saying that he tunnelled twice financial aid to the military training in Aceh.

Three days before the Indonesian Police announced that they are looking for another way of charging Ustadz ABB, the Indonesian High Court rejected the charge suggested by the Indonesian Police.

It was because there are no completed formal and material requirements met, and therefore it is predicted that – if there is no another fraud charge – Ustadz ABB will be freed from the Kuffar Indonesian Police’s prison on December 13th, 2010.

However, some Jihad observers believe that Ustadz ABB will find it hard to be freed by the Indonesian Police because there is an order from the US to arrest Ustadz ABB.

United Kingdom- Some students grouped at the Muslim Students Association of the University of New Hampshire are to hold a public presentation on Islam and Christianity.

The event, which will be held on Friday December 10th, 2010, is set to give the public a brief understanding on the similarities and differences between Islam and Christianity.

To those who are free may attend the event that will be staged at the Memorial Union Building Room 330.

Talking to the local students’ newspaper, one of the presenter – Ibrahim Ibrahim said that the event is a comparative religious study wherein explanation of Islam is delivered from the perspective of Christianity and vice versa.

“The idea is that it’s the Christian Doctrine viewed from the Muslim perspective. It’s a comparative study, so really they are learning about Islam. As a Christian, you could learn about Islam through the things that you probably are already familiar with in Christianity,” said Ibrahim.

Faris Al-Hashmi, the president of the Muslim Students Association, added that the Friday event will be the third event held in this year by the organization.

Faris also put hope that the event will give an insight that Islam shares almost the same concept with the pure Christianity before its holy Bible were written in many versions.

Christian Missionary Provokes Muslims by Inciting a Local Imam with Money

Indonesia- It is unfortunate to see that there are some people taking advantages from the current calamity occurred in some Indonesian places like those in Mentawai, North Sumatra, and those living near the Merapi Volcano, Central Java.

Amongst those are Christian missionaries who try to incite some Muslims to embrace Christianity by giving the poor Muslims with money and logistic aids. Worse, some of them assigned in Magelang, Central Java, even pursued an Imam of a local Masjid to convert to Christianity.

In Kalibening of Dukun Sub-district, Magelang, Central Java, Mr Pono, an Imam of a local Masjid admitted that he was given about 20 millions IDR (2000 USD) by Christian missionaries.

Not only was he given such amount of money, but also a position in the Citra Kasih Foundation, a Christian organization, with monthly salary at around 400000 IDR (44,5 USD).

The effort to convert Mr Pono and some officers of the Masjid was done publicly, even though the Christian missionaries clearly know and understand that Mr Pono is a pious Muslim and an Muslim leader in his village.

The location where Mr Pono lives alone has just been suffered from a terrible disaster following the massive eruption of the Merapi Volcano last month this year.

Effect of the Merapi volcano eruption reached around 20 kilometers from the mountain, and therefore about hundreds of people were died and thousands other were evacuated.

While the logistic aid from the government and the Muslim charities could not cover the entire location, Christian missionaries reached some places and distributed logistic aid that was not a ‘blank-check.’

Egypt- Ahead of the national election held in Egypt, 70 members of Ikhwan Al-Muslimin (Muslim Brotherhood) were arrested by the authorities of Alexandria on Tuesday (26/10/2010).

In total, the authorities had arrested about 266 members of Ikhwan Al-Muslimin during the last 10 days ahead the national election staged on November 28th, 2010.

Hussein Ibrahim told AFP that they were detained after distributing campaign posters citing Islamic phrase “Allahu Akbar...!” (Allah is great...!).

The surrounding security official alone called the slogan “Allahu Akbar” a violation of the electoral law.

Israeli Terrorists Kidnap Two Palestinian Muslim Scholars

Palestine- Israel’s intelligence spy agency Shin Bet has reported recently that they have deliberately kidnapped two Muslim scholars on October 6th, 2010.

The two are named as Sheikh Nazim Abu Salim and Mr Muhammad Zohadi Naarani.

Sheikh Nazim Abu Salim, the imam of the Masjid Shihab Al-Din, was kidnapped for inspiring the Palestinian Muslims to defend their land by taking part in the Jihadi movement.

The incident took place while both were attending the Masjid Al-Din in Nazareth, a small town of Palestine that was captured by the Israeli terrorist government.

Sheikh Nazim Abu Salim has become the target of Israeli terrorists for a long time, especially after he, and a number of Mujahideen from the Jund Ansar Allah Jihadi movement, staged banner showing denial to the visit of Pope Benedict in 2009.

On that visit, banners saying, “He is not welcome here,” and others alike were flagged to show that the Mujahideen of Jund Ansar Allah are firmly against the annexation of the Holy Land of Palestine.

The arrest followed another harsh arrest that happened in June this year when seven Jewish-born Muslim were arrested upon suspicion of planning the Jihad against Jews and Christian.

Further investigation on the seven Mujahideen above shows that they were inspired by the speech of Sheikh Usama Ibn Ladin.

Praise be to Allah in whose hands is the dominion and all affairs, the Creator, the Evolver, the Giver of life and death.

We sincerely believe in His Oneness and Him alone, we worship. He has no partners.

We ask Allah to shower His blessing and favors on the prophet, the generous one who was sent as a mercy for all creations.

We witness that he conveyed the Message and fulfilled the mission and ameliorated the Ummah; dispelled the cloud and left the Ummah on a white screen. No one deviates from it but annihilates himself. May Allah (SwT) reward the prophet, the best rewards ever given to any prophet on behalf of his followers? Blessing of Allah and peace be upon him, his descendants and his companions, the chosen ones. After this, I would like to say:

Peace, mercy and blessing of Allah be on the Muslim Mujahid nation, the suffering families of martyrs, and prisoners, the gallant Mujahideen of the path of Jihad and sacrifice, all those who have been detained by the invading infidels on charges of their struggling for independence and on all Islamic Ummah,.

I extend my felicitation to you all on the eve of Eid-ul-fitr and pray to Allah (SwT) to accept in His sight your fast, worship and sacrifices in the way of Truth.

Availing myself of this opportunity of the auspicious occasion, I want to share with you some specific points regarding the current Jihad, the political situation and my ensuing actions and policies.

a) O Muslim Mujahid Nation of Afghanistan!

The current Jihad and resistance in Afghanistan against the foreign invaders and their puppets, is a legitimate Jihad, being waged for the defense of the sovereignty of the Islamic country and Islam. The expansion, momentum and success of this Jihadic resistance rightly signify that it is a country-wide, independent and holy resistance of the masses and has now approached close to its destination of victory thanks to the help of Allah (SwT) and your innumerous sacrifices. So you should strive to lay aside all your internal differences, agrarian and residential lands disputes and other grievances. Put all your strength and planning behind the task of driving away the invaders and regaining independence of the country. The history has it that whenever invading forces face defeat, they sow seed of differences in the occupied territories before their pull-out and leave behind various conflicts.

The Americans now are passing through this stage. Therefore, robustly focus on foiling all conspiracies of the enemy which are aimed at creating mistrust and separation between Mujahideen and the people or igniting the fire of internal fighting through formation of militias or launching fake process of elections with the prior knowledge that every thing has already been decided and finalized in Washington or the convening of the spurious Jirga by gathering some sycophant government employees or other similar conspiracies, Convince all those who are involved in these conspiracies unknowingly or lured by financial incentives. Strictly prevent them from perpetrating such activates.

I assure you, our days of sufferings and hardship will not prolong furthermore. Soon, if God willing, our grieved hearts will find solace as the invading enemy is ousted and the Islamic sovereignty is established. All our noble country men, whether be they an engineer, a doctor, a student of a school or of a religious Madarassa, whether he is a teacher or a cleric, a professor or religious scholar hailing from any tribe and ethnicity, will all work together like brothers in an independent country with strong Islamic government established on the basis of the aspirations of the people.

“Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power) as He granted it to those before, them, that He will establish in authority their religion- the one which He has chosen for them, and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace. They will worship me (alone) and not associate aught with me. If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked. (S. 24. A 55. )

b) Mujahid Brothers!

Through your strong determination and faith, you succeeded to foil all conspiracies and machinations of the global infidel power. The Almighty Allah has favored you with victory over all your invading enemies thanks to your steadfastness and perseverance, effacing the aura of shock and awe of the powerful enemy. This was made possible due to your sincere Jihad and sacrifices. Today, America is regarded as a most hated force and faces humiliations and disgrace. We see now that the more you gain the upper hand over the enemy forces, the more their ranks and files become disarrayed and disorganized. Those military experts who have framed strategies of the invasion of Afghanistan or are now engaged in hammering out new strategies, admit themselves that all their strategies are nothing but a complete failure.

All those experienced and sophisticated generals who were sent to the battle field, now are being sent back disgracefully and humiliatingly because of their incompetence and even they are given various nicknames. Other foreign forces which have come here for occupation of our country under the American umbrella are now under pressures from their people due to the growing and heavy military expenditures, casualties and the fruitlessness of the war. Each of them is hastily seeking ways of exit from Afghanistan.

Therefore, my Mujahid brothers, if you want to gain more success in the field of the battles, you should try to reform your conduct and deeds; respect your Jihadic goals and pay attention to all-sided welfare and prosperity of your suffering but brave people. By maintaining an ever-growing unity and brotherhood among yourself, you shall not permit any one to set the stage for discord and differences among you on the instruction of the enemy. Do not waste your time on maligning each other but, on the contrary, direct all your efforts for improvement of Jihadic affairs, defense of Islam and the country; the thrashing of the enemy, serving and protecting your people.

Take every caution to protect life, property of people and public installations. Do not regard people as an entity separate from you; respect all former pious Mujahideen; strictly implement the book of the code of conduct which has already been given to you; use successful and complicated tactics during confrontation with the enemy; be aware to pay attention to the protection of Mujahideen; obey your superiors and conduct affairs through mutual consultation. Try to nip in the bud all plans and conspiracies and propaganda of the enemy.

Do not allow any one to commit activities under the name of a Mujahid that malign the name of Mujahideen and be cautious not to harass people on mere pretexts and baseless reports. It is a part of the enemy plan to create problems and distrust between Mujahideen and the people. Encourage all soldiers, policemen and employees in the enemy administration to leave their ranks and, instead, stand with their Mujahid people. Give warm welcome to heroic youth like Talib Hussain, Gulbuddin and Ghulam Sakhi who killed many invaders in Gereshk, Nad Ali, Badghis and Mazar Sharif and committed heroic deeds by resorting to tactical attacks. Persuade others to strike the infidel enemy by following their steps. However, be aware of intentions of your inner self as you do this and make the pleasure of the Almighty Allah as your sole goal in all your Jihadic activities.

c) To Religious Scholars, Statesmen, Teachers, Writers and Poets.

You are the very caste of the society that have the capacity to portray the wants and aspirations of the people. It is your Islamic and national duty to expose the atrocities of the invaders and put them before human rights organizations and public of the world. Enlighten people on the American invasion by unveiling the realities and facts. Inform them about the overt and covert conspiracies of the enemy; explain to them the fundamentals and benefits of Islamic system; educate the new generation in a constructive way, saving them from the impact of foreign dogmas and culture; teach them unity and harmony; inform the local leaders of Jihad of the grievances of people and convey the intentions of Mujahideen to the people. You are a bridge between the Islamic Emirate and the people. So it must be. Because through such a mechanism, all errors and mistakes should be corrected whenever they crop up. I call on you to assist the Islamic Emirate to bring about a blemish-free Jihadic and Islamic atmosphere.

d) To Former Mujahideen and Employees who Work in the Kabul Administration.

In these auspicious days of Eid-ul- Fitre, I invite you once again to come and stand with your nation like other former gallant Mujahideen have, and with their help, participate in the glory of repelling the American invasion and regaining the independence. Come and ponder over the conduct of the invading Americans in the light of your conscience, sagacity and insight that what they do with your so-called elected president, members of parliament, with you and in short, with the suffering people. They call you as warlords and unscrupulous persons. You may have heard that the officials in the presidential palace directly receive payments from CIA. Then what is the rational behind your working under their command.

If you claim that you have joined the ranks of the invading Americans (under duress) because there were flaws and faults in the manner of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate, then come and correct those faults yourself after joining the ranks of your Mujahideen brothers. Thus, by forming a strong cemented Jihadic rank, yourselves become a participant in the (great) task of forcing out the invading infidels.

Do you think that your responsibility to defend your country and the holy religion’s rituals was only limited to Jihad against the Russians? But today, instead of resistance, you have chosen to stand with the invaders against your Muslim nation in a time that your country has been invaded by the Americans and other 48 infidel countries, harassing, debasing and threatening you and the Afghan people. Could this be the decision of your conscience and the product of your Afghan honor-loving character? Know that the Americans have come here to colonize Afghanistan and plunder its natural resources. They would never become your friends. Had there not been the fear of Mujahideen hovering over them, they would have debased you and humiliated you more than that you are now.

All those who work in the stooge Kabul Administration should hear with open ears that the invading enemy is about to leave Afghanistan due to the Jihad of the Afghan Muslim people, so before you have to face the fate of Najib, Babrak and Shah Shuja on charges of collaboration with the foreigners or in order to save yourselves from the said humiliating destiny, you should abandon the support of the invaders and join the ranks of Mujahideen by repenting of your past deeds.

If you are not able to join them, then by abandoning the support of the infidel, choose a peaceful life along with your children in your houses, taking advantage of the amnesty and security offered (to you) by the Mujahideen. Thus save yourselves from shame in this world and the world to come.

e) Regarding the Upcoming System of the Country.

The victory of our Islamic nation over the invading infidels is now imminent and the driving force behind this is the belief in the help of Allah (SwT) and unity among ourselves. In the time to come, we will try to establish an Islamic, independent, perfect and strong system on the basis of these principles – a system with economic, security, legal, educational and judicial aspects being based on the injunctions of Islam and conducted through a consultative body joined by persons with experience, knowledge and expertise. All God-fearing, experienced and professional cadres of the Afghan society will be part and parcel of this system without any political, racial and lingual discriminations.

Administrative responsibilities will be devolved on them according to their talent and honesty. We will respect the Islamic rights of all people of the country including women; will implement Sharia rules in the light of the injunctions of the sacred religion of Islam in order to efficiently maintain internal security and eradicate immorality, injustice, indecency and other vices; will strictly observe the law of punishment and reward and auditing in order to bring about administrative transparency in all government departments. The violators will be dealt with according to the Sharia rules.

f) Regarding policy with Foreign Countries.

Our upcoming system will be based on mutual interactions with neighboring, Islamic and non-Islamic countries. We want to frame our foreign policy on the principle that we will not harm others nor allow others to harm us.

Our upcoming system of government will participate in all regional and global efforts aimed at establishing peace and stability, human prosperity and economic advancement on the basis of the Islamic laws and will cooperate with regional countries in all common problems of the region like (finding solution to) narcotics, environment pollution, commercial and economic problems.

g) To the Islamic World and the Muslim Ummah!

O Muslim Ummah!

I avail myself of this auspicious opportunity of Eid, to share with you some bitter facts. Today, some arrogant and biased countries are exerting various pressures on Muslims. Religion and culture of some Muslims is threatened while life, property, independence and sovereignty of some other Muslims are in danger. Today Muslims are victims of different discriminations and hardships. The most notorious prisons of the world are packed with Muslims where they are being tortured and humiliated and their countries are under occupation.

O Muslim Ummah!

Is the problem today facing the suffering people of Afghanistan, Iraq and Palestine, only their problem? Does our common Book, the Holy Quran, permit (you) to remain neutral in these circumstances? You should understand that the American plan is never limited to the occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq but they want to change the whole map of the world by having invaded Afghanistan and Iraq in the heart of the Islamic World. But the Afghans, as defenders of the Islamic Ummah and destroyers of colonialist plans, have a well-known history behind.

They have offered colossal sacrifices in the way of throwing out the invaders. As such, they have repelled all invasions beginning from Alexander of Macedonia to the American invasion in this 21st century. Unequivocally, these sacrifices have given victory to the Afghans and salvation to the Islamic Ummah. Therefore, Muslim brothers, not only we have a common religion, faith, values, culture and interests but also common distress, joy, friends and enemies. So come and share the grief and distress of your suffering Muslims brothers and assist them with your persons and wealth by turning to an honest policy.

h) To the Coalition Forces Stationed in Afghanistan and to their People.

The invading Americans have invaded Afghanistan for achievement of their interests and realization of their expansionist policy. They have allied with other 48 countries but still have failed to thwart the growing Jihad resistance of the Afghan Mujahid nation despite using their combined military, political and financial cooperation. This means the resistance being put up by this nations is a legitimate one and the invasion by the global coalition under the leadership of America is unlawful and brutal aggression. The pretexts concocted by the Americans to keep you engaged in Afghanistan are only fallacies that want to obtain their illicit interests.

There is no veracity in their claims. In the past nine years, you may have come around to know the essence of the American fatuous claims, that only they want to use your power in the way of achievement of their impractical colonialist goals. It is not appropriate for you to sacrifice your sons for American ambiguous interests and defame your name in the history of nations and become criminals of war as a result of your killing and harassing the Afghan people. Each day, hundreds of innocent Afghans are martyred by the Americans; houses are destroyed and unconventional weapons which are banned on international level, are being used by them.

These weapons will have negative impact on the next generations of our nation. Their use is an unforgivable crime against humanity. But your forces commit this crime against miserable people every day on the behest of the Americans. Furthermore, the Americans have imposed restrictions on independent media. Only reports palatable to America and NATO are allowed to be published. No one, neither the invaders nor their puppets address the grievances of the victims of war.

They clamp down on publications of the Islamic Emirate, whether in the shape of electronic media like internet or printed materials. Hundreds of innocents Afghans have been suffering in Guantanamo and Bagram prisons for the past nine years. Even old men of 70-80 years are kept under detention in these prisons. They are constantly deprived of their legal rights and are not presented before a legal court and denied to have access to their human rights. In short, America, has taken hostage our country and people due to your assistance. Some members of the American coalition and their people have realized this reality and have started withdrawal of their forces from Afghanistan and some are intending to follow.

Our message for those countries which still want to continue their military occupation of Afghanistan, merely relying on the irrational pretexts of America, is that you should consider withdrawal of your forces from Afghanistan at your earliest.

i) To Americana Rulers and the Misinformed American People.

You tested all your might i.e. military, political and economic for the past nine years to maintain your occupation over the Afghan Islamic and independent country but you achieved nothing except a dashing defeat at the hands of the sagacious Afghan Mujahideen. Though your general worked out strategies (after strategies) and committed military surge, but still your soldiers are captured alive but your government is not ready to agree to an exchange of prisoners as in the case of the Bobragdal nor they are concerned about him as a US citizen.

Even they try to perish them instead of adhering to the recognized way of exchange of prisoners as what they did in Logar with your two prisoners. Our Mujahideen constantly shoot down your advanced military and reconnaissance aircrafts and destroy your military hardware. With the passage of each day, the number of your soldiers’ dead bodies are ascending but your rulers instead of admitting their wrong policies, and seeking a rational exit, want to try the hackneyed and failed process once more as an effort to compensate for their defeats and distract your attention and that of the public of the world from their debacles.

These foiled process include the formation of the tribal militias, holding the so-called consultative Jirga, usage of the words radicals and moderates for Mujahideen, holding fruitless conferences, launching black propaganda campaign against Mujahideen with the help of affiliated stooge media, giving the helms of affairs to some most hated, corruption-infested and criminal figures time and again. They guess, in this lies the solution of the problem. But with the help of Allah, (SwT) and the good Jihadic planning of Mujahideen, these ventures failed like their other military endeavors. The Afghans have still further patience to defend their country. They have added new experiences of warfare to theirs after nine-year long confrontation with your soldiers. What we want to convey to you through this message is that withdraw your soldiers from our country unconditionally and as soon as possible. This is in your interest and in the interest of your people and the best option for regional stability.

After nine years of show of muscles by you and your global military coalition, it has become clear for all the world that the policy of might and coercion has no effect on the Afghans. The subjugation of this free people as per your envisaged plans is impossible. Still if you want to make the “impossible” possible by extending your stay in Afghanistan, then, as its price, be ready to lose the sovereignty of your vast empire. You should know that your rulers have continuously told you lies since the beginning of the aggression on Afghanistan until this very day.

They have wasted hundreds of billion of dollars of your tax money in the shape of financial expenditures and your man power in Afghanistan and have still been wasting them. You shall be witness to another economic melt-down. You should use your parliamentary pressures and street power to prevent your rulers from pushing you into the pit of perdition and destruction at world level. Therefore, they should abandon their headlong stubborn policy. Otherwise, the Americans will themselves face humiliation and disgrace before any one else does that.

To end, I extend my deep condolence to all those who have been affected by the recent floods and other natural disasters in Afghanistan , Pakistan and other parts of the Islamic world and ask Allah ( SwT) to lessen the sufferings of these people as a result of this gigantic trial and bestow patience on those who have been devastated by the floods.

I call on all beneficent persons to give their all-sided assistance to the affectees of the floods, to the families of martyrs, prisoners and orphans and have a conduct of mercy and grace with them in these auspicious days of joy of Eid as you usually have with your families and children.

Once again I felicitate all Muslim on this occasion of Eid and pray to Allah (SwT) to give them perseverance versus the American invasion and accept their sacrifices in His sight. I pray to Allah, the Almighty to bestow independence on all occupied countries in view of the selfless sacred sacrifices of this suffering Ummah through realization of an Islamic sovereignty. May Allah, the Almighty, accept in His Sight the offering of the Mujahideen being presented in the shape of their pure blood. Amin.

Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir Finally Allowed to Attend Jama’a Prayer while Suffering Lower-Back Pain

Indonesia- Spokesman of Muslim Advocate Team, Ahmad Michdan, has later confirmed that Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir was finally allowed to perform prayer at a Masjid inside the prison complex in the headquarter of Indonesian Police.

“Alhamdulila, Ustadz (Abu Bakar Ba’asyir) has been allowed to perform jama’a prayer,” said Mr Ahmad Michdan.

Later it was reported on August 13th, 2010 that Ustadz Abu was not allowed to perform Friday prayer together with other prisoners at a Masjid inside the prison complex.

Lower-Back Pain
Amidst the good news, there is a report saying that Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir is suffering from lower-back pain on Saturday (14/8/2010).

Jose Rizal Jurnalis, a standing executive committee of MER-C, revealed the case on Saturday after making a thorough medical check into Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir.

“Indeed, on him we found a complaint, which in the medical world is called lower-back pain,” said Mr Jose.

Some medical treatments have been given to Ustadz Abu, who is in his 70, such as giving him lumbal brace on his waist and medicines.

Asked about the onset of Ustadz Abu’s lower-back pain, Mr Jose said that it was caused by the lack of physical movement done by Ustadz Abu during his imprisonment.

Likewise, he was also very tired when he was kidnapped harshly by the Densus 88 terrorists on August 9th, 2010 in West Java Province.

“Perhaps, here he was lack of space for (physical) movement, and this can also be caused by tiredness,” he added.

Continuing Medical Scrutiny
During his detention in the headquarter of Indonesian Police, Ustadz Abu will receive continuing medical scrutiny from MER-C as there is a worry that Ustadz Abu will be poisoned.

“The family (of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir) are worrying that Ustadz Abu will be poisoned using arsenic just like the way people kill Human Rights activist Munir,” said a member of MER-C to journalists in the headquarter of Indonesian Police.

All the foods and drinks given by the Indonesian police and strangers will be tested just to make sure there is no poison within.

Muhammadiyah Protests the Arrest of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir

Indonesia- Dr. Din Syamsudin – the head of Indonesia’s second largest Muslim organization Muhammadiyah – protested the way Densus 88 terrorists kidnap Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir – that’s Islaminet.net understands.

“The conduct of arrest taken by the police towards public figure like Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir is inappropriate. I take part in protesting such an arrest,” Mr Syamsuddin said in Jakarta, Saturday (14/8/2010).

Such a statement came as he viewed that Ustadz Abu was very tired at the time he was kidnapped on April 9th, 2010.

As the media has reported, Ustadz Abu was kidnapped harshly by the Densus 88 terrorists after he made some public mass sermon throughout the province of West Java.

To him, the way of conduct taken by the Densus 88 terrorists was inhuman remembering Ustadz Abu is in his 70.

Real Evidence Urged
At the same time, Mr Din Syamsuddin urge the Indonesian police to be transparent, to reveal the real evidence proving that Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir has connection to the Aceh Jihad.

“Assumption on the suspect of terrorism should be based on accurate evidences,” he remarked.

To some extent, Mr Syamsuddin demanded that the arrest of Ustadz Abu delayed – even cancelled – when there is not enough evidence.

Not only did Mr Syamsuddin criticize the work of the Densus 88 in killing and kidnapping a number of Muslim activists, he also voiced the establishment of the Densus 99 Anti-Corruption.

Indeed, people now often see that the Indonesian police seem to be very slow in investigating corruption cases that included some top level government officials.

For that reason, Mr Din Syamsuddin said that he want to see some suspects in corruption cases are treated like ‘terrorists’ killed or kidnapped by the Densus 88 so far.

“I want the Indonesian police to take the same action towards corruption just like what they do towards terrorism cases,” he said.

Mr Syamsuddin openly calls the Indonesian police are very slow in hunting down some corruptors in Indonesia.

Indonesia- A number of students grouped under the Makassar Student Alliance for Abu Bakar Ba’asyir staged a protest under the Urip Sumoharjo fly over in Makassar, Friday (13/8/2010).

The protest was kind of support for Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir (70) who was kidnapped by the Densus 88 terrorists on August 9th, 2010.

The mass did also condemn the action taken by the Densus 88 terrorists who treated an Islamic scholar such the way.

During the protest, pictures of Indonesia’s President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as well as the US President Hussain Obama were burnt, showing how those students hate the two ‘white-colar’ criminals.

They do believe that the arrest of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir is a kind of ‘order’ from the US, proven by the establishment of Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Teroris-BNPT (National Assembly for Terrorist Prevention) this year.

Statement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Regarding the Recent Civilian Casualties Report by UNAMA

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

The UNAMA, in its 2010 mid-year report on civilian casualties, released the civilian casualties’ statistics over the first six months of 2010 in Kabul city on Monday, August 10.

Observing the statistics issued by UNAMA, it appears crystal clear that the report is based on political expedience, exaggeration and propaganda instead of the actual facts.

The essence of the report is similar to that of Pentagon decision, saying “A deceitful propaganda campaign, pining the civilian casualties on Taliban, has to be held and beefed up in order to create and exacerbate rifts within Afghan masses ending up in a clash between civilian and Taliban.”

Yet another flaw in the report is that it denies all the prior surveys, statistics and analysis, issued by several different human rights organizations of the world, which are more truthful with realties.

The report holds Taliban responsible of 76 per cent of all civilian casualties, and attributes 12 percent of all civilian casualties to Pro-Government forces, adding that ISAF has caused the deaths of only 69 civilians during the first six months of 2010.

To put every thing else a side, the surveys, analysis and statistics, in order to throw light on the issue, merely the death toll of the victims of the US aerial attacks in only few districts of the country’s such as Arghandab, Zhari, Shiraz, Sorkh Rowd, and the massacre of Sangin is likely to hit more than 300 during the first six months of 2010.

Every observer would easily determine the truth of such reports as this and assess how authentic and spurious such reports may be.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan expresses its utter disbelief and regret over the UNAMA report and over the fact that the UN with all the neutrally slogans, plays a major role as a propaganda organization for the American imperialism and keeps covering up the blatant crimes of the Pentagon which is similar to betrayal by UN against the bloodshed and the massacre of the Afghan nation.

Wonder why it can be so hard for the UN to find out the ground realties, that any attempt to deviate the minds of the common people may be in vain, for it is the masses that know the facts and about the civilian casualties far better than any one else does.

Chronology of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir’s Arrest as Narrated by Aisyah Baraja (Abu Bakar Ba’asyir’s Wife)

Indonesia- As reported by the media, Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir (70) was arrested by the Laknatullah Densus 88 (Indonesia’s Anti-Terror Squad) on April 9th, 2010.

The 70-years-old charismatic Ustadz, Ustadz Abu – that’s he is usually called – and some other 10 people around with him – including his wife Mrs Aisyah Baraja were kidnapped by the Densus 88.

Talking to MuslimDaily.net, Mrs Aisyah Baraja revealed the chronology of his husband’s arrest.

Firstly, the entourage of Ustadz Abu was entering the city of Banjar at 7.30 am of local time before the entourage, which included two cars, was driven to turn the direction to the nearest police station.

A number of terrorists from the Densus 88 stopped the entourage and pounded the glass of the car where Ustadz Abu was within.

However, Ustadz Abu’s driver, Mr Sartono, got his passengers to lock the car’s window as saying, “Lock the door, Ummi. Don’t open it.”

Knowing such a situation, terrorists from the Densus 88 shouted at the old people inside the car, ordering them to open the window, but they did not want to.

Terrorists from the Densus 88 started breaking the the front and middle windows harshly, but the middle window was not broken yet finally.

With the front window opened, the Densus 88 terrorists opened the door fiercely, got Mr Sartono to face down on the street, and stamped boot on him.

Anothe terrorist from the Densus 88 dragged Ustadz Abu inhumanly from the car by holding his hand, while there was a gun pointed at Ustadz Abu’s face.

Treated this way, Ustadz Abu got really angry and tried to run at the Densus 88 terrorist pointing a gun at him.

“I pray you get cursed by Allah, I pray all policemen get cursed by Allah,” said Ustadz ABB – another familiar name of Ustadz Abu.

Mrs Muslikhah, wife of the Director of Al-Mukmin Islamic Boarding School, witnessed by herself that this was the first time she saw Ustadz Abu got really angry.

“I, for the first time, see Ustadz Abu got really angry,” she said.

Ustadz Abu was then dragged to Indonesian police’s headquarter in Jakarta, but before that he advised Mrs Aisyah Baraj to remain patient.

Mrs Aisyah and Mrs Muslikhah were taken to the nearest police station to get some investigation.

Before they were proposed some questions, Mrs Muslikhah once asked a female police, “Are you Muslim, lady?” and was answered, “Yes, I am Muslim.”

Then, Mrs Muslikhah said, “You, of course, know well who Ustadz Abu is. He is a Mubaligh, not a thief or criminal or corruptors. But why was he arrested harshly like this?”

The female police remained silent, speaking any word.

West Javanese Muslims Urge Government to Disperse Ahmadiya

Indonesia- Hundred of Muslims in West Java flocked the home of Garut District’s Regent on Wednesday (14/7/2010), urging the local government to disperse Ahmadiya from the region.

The mass were self-admitted from social organizations like Gerakan Anti Ahmadiyah-GERAM (Anti-Ahmadiya Movement), Gerakan Reformis Islam-GARIS (Islam Reformist Movement), Front Pembela Islam-FPI (Islam Defender Front).

France- A report of the Independent says that France’s lower house of Kuffar parliament will pass a ban on Burqa, Niqab and other kinds of Islamic full-face covering.

Amidst condemnation from the Council of Europe and France’s Socialist Party, the Kuffar French government – with such a move – will be the second European country that legalizes ban on Islamic full-face veil.

The ban passed today will be tunneled to the Senate in September to meet the procedure of passing a law in France, which is home to the largest Muslim population in Europe.

Muslims worldwide can now only hope that the bill will be rejected when it comes to France’s constitutional watchdog after being passed by both the lower house of parliament and Senate.

Plan to Build a Masjid in Temecula Finds Obstacle from Christian Pastor

United States- A project to build a 24,950-square-foot Masjid on Nicolas Road of Temecula Valley is receiving fierce obstacles, especially from a local Christian pastor who blindly claimed that Islam was spread by ‘whatever means necessary.’

It was Pastor Bill Rench of the Calvary Baptist Church who said the accusation as saying, “Where it's dominant, religious freedom goes out the window ... the message of Islam is the spread of Islam by whatever means necessary.”

Further he spoke more reason behind his opposition to the Masjid building project, which is planned to stand next to the Church, as remarking that the project is just like putting ‘oil and water together.’

“It’s certainly a religion that is not only different but contrary to Christianity. It is almost like trying to put oil and water together,” he said as cited by PE(dot)Com while making a report on the Masjid building project that is estimated to spend $800,000 to $1 million.

Affad Sheikh of The Council on American-Islamic Relations responded to the statement of Pastor Bill Rench.

“When churches decide to expand or build facilities, what's the purpose behind that? Why is this question being asked of the Muslim community?” Mr Affad Sheikh said rhetorically.

Mr Affad Sheikh also called the statement made by Pastor Bill Rench ‘ignorant’ and ‘bigoted’ for the phobia on Islamic expansion.

“You have a community in your backyard and you don't even know this community. And you're making these statements -- it speaks to how much ignorance there is,” said Mr Affad Sheikh defending the project to build the Masjid that will accommodate about 150 to 200 Muslim families.

Support to the Masjid did likewise come from a retired United Methodist Mr Merle Lehman who expressed his strong ‘Amien’ to the project as he knows well Mr Imam Mahmoud Harmoush – the Imam (leader) of the Islamic Center of Temecula Valley.

“(Harmoush) brought (the mosque) before us from time to time and we support them. There are oodles and oodles of American Muslims and almost all of them are not extremists. They are not terrorists,” Mr Lehman said.

Mr Imam Mahmoud Harmoush alone believes that the existence of a Masjid for the growing Muslim population in this ‘Christian-dominated’ area will be able to tackle misconception about Islam and Muslims.

British Muslims Stage Protest against ‘Ideological Attack’

United Kingdom- A number of British Muslims, grouped under Ummah of Muhammad, staged a protest in the city center of Cardiff, bringing placards and posters sounding Muslims’ voices against ‘Ideological Attack’ on Islam.

Held on Saturday (10/7/2010), the protest – said the organizer Muhammad Abu Yaffir – was a response to the growing number of ‘oppression’ on Muslims across Europe.

Dated back to March this year, the high committee of Belgian Kuffar lawmakers voted to issue a bill on banning any kind of full Islamic face veil, in which the ban will be imposed in all public space including streets, public gardens, sport halls, and public service offices.

In Switzerland, Swiss Muslim converts admitted that they often received intimidation after the Swiss government established a policy of banning the building of minaret.

British Muslims cannot stand still amidst such a growing intimidation addressed to Islam and Muslims by holding the Saturday’s protest as part of their ‘responsibility to respond’ to the needs of other Muslims.

Somalia-based Jihadi Movements Agree to Unite against Puppet Government

Somalia- Two leaders of Somalia-based Jihadi movements, Al-Shabab and Hizb Al-Islam, are reported to have held a meeting aimed at uniting their Mujahideen (plural for Muslim fighter) against the puppet government and African Union terrorists.

Sheikh Abdi Mohamud Godane a.k Abu Zubeir and Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys, further, have agreed to unite against the Kuffar government of Somalia after a talk held in Mogadishu on Friday (09/7/2010).

This brings possibility that a big offensive Jihadi operation will be carried out sooner or later addressed to the ‘African invaders’ and the ‘apostate’ government of Somalia that is led by Sharif Sheikh Ahmad.

“The two leaders met yesterday and discussed a broad unity agreement in order to launch a big offensive against the African invaders and their apostate government,” said a senior Al-Shabab Mujahid whose name cannot be disclosed.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan- Spokesman of the Islamic State of Afghanistan, Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmad, has confirmed on Tuesday (6/7/2010) that the report on the arrest of Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid is ‘false and a propaganda.’

Formerly it was reported that the Amir Al-Mukminin (leader of the believers) Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid had been captured by the Pakistai terrorist forces in Karachi in March this year.

However, in a statement to the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP), Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi said the news was falsely created as such by the US in order to ‘create tension’ amongs the Muslim worldwide.

“Reports of the arrest of Amirul Moemineen, Mulla Muhammad Omar Mujahid, are totally false and a propaganda. The United States want to hide their defeat in Afghanistan and create tension in the Muslim world,” he said.

Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi, who is also the field Mujahid reporter of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, further said that the Amir Al-Mukminin Mullah Omar is ‘safe and sound’ under the protection of Allah Almighty and surrounded by the Mujahideen.

“Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid is safe and sound and leading Mujahideen in Afghanistan,” he added.

Such propaganda, he added, was often aired and broadcasted throughout the world by the mainstream media.

The Mumbai-based Muslim Scholar specialized in comparative religious study was scheduled to deliver a public lecture at the Metro Toronto Convention Center on Saturday July 6th, 2010.

However, fifteen minutes just before coming to the stage, the live video lecture at Journey of Faith was suddenly cancelled.

The chairman committee of the conference, Mr Said Ragaeh admitted that he was asked not to tell the public about the reason behind the cancellation.

Israeli Terrorist Govt. Extends Ban on Palestinian Muslim Scholars from Entering Masjid Al-Aqsa

Palestine- Israeli terrorist Government’s Defense Minister, Ehud Barak, said on July 2nd, 2010 that ban on Palestinian Muslim Scholar, Mr Ekrima Said Sabri, will be extended for the next six months.

The decision was taken in response to the request of Knesset Member Ibrahim Sarsour who demanded Barak to reconsider the decision.

However, Barak immediately rejected the appeal as saying that the ban was in accordance to the Emergency Law of 1945.

“The decision is in accordance to the Emergency Law of 1945, and is based on the recommendations of the Israeli security (read ‘terrorism’) forces who believe that if Sabri were to enter Masjid Al-Aqsa, he would threaten general security,” Ehud Barak said.

Mr Sarsour then responded to the statement of Ehud Barak as claiming that the extension of the ban on Mr Ekrima Said Sabri is part of Israel’s plans for Jerusalem and Masjid Al-Aqsa.

“The decision is part of Israel’s plan to Judaize Jerusakem, to control the Islamic sacred places,” Mr Sarsour said further.

Sheikh Ekrima Said Sabri is not the only Muslim scholar restricted from entering Masjid Al-Aqsa.

Amongst the names of Muslim scholars denied entry to Masjid Al-Aqsa were Hatim Abdulqader – serving for the Jerusalem portfolio in the Fatah movement – and Sheikh Ra’ed Salah – head of the northern branch of the Islamic Movement inside Israel.

Sheikh Ekrima Said Sabri, who has a doctorate from Al-Azhar University, was the former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and Palestine during the period of October 1994 to July 2006.

He used to be frequent preacher at Masjid Al-Aqsa and back the Jihadi movement under the name of ‘Intifada,’ which has proven to be successfully bring down the mentality of the Israeli terrorists.

Internet giants like Google, Yahoo, Amazon, Bing, Msnm, and Hotmail are now under continuous scrutiny of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority for showing links that are blasphemous and offensive to Islam.

“If any particular link with offensive content appears on these websites, the link shall be blocked immediately without disturbing the main website,” said the spokesman of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Khurram Mehran.

The policy has come into effect since June 26th, 2010 after a ruling by a judge in the city of Bahawalpur in the case of websites considered anti-Islam such as Youtube and eight websites.

With the policy comes into impact, there have been 17 anti-Islam websites blocked, including IslamExposed(dot)Blogspot(dot)com that posted writing entitled “Islam: The Ultimate Hypocrisy.”

One online shop, Amazon, has also suffered from significant decrease in gaining benefit from the selling of Salman Rushdie’s books such as the Satanic Verse, which has been banned in many countries.

Muslim Economist, Ishrat Husain, Answers Criticism on Islamic Finance

Pakistan- Dr Ishrat Husain of Institute of Business Administration has said on Saturday (26/6/2010) that Islamic financial system can only ‘successful’ only after the whole Islamic teaching is implied in a country.

Speaking at a seminar of ‘Islamic Economics and Finance,” the former governor of State Bank of Pakistan tried to answer critics’ doubt that Islamic financial system ‘failed’ to have an impact in overcoming the global financial crisis.

“The system is only successful when the entire system was brought under the guidance of Islamic teachings,” said Dr Ishrat Husain who had once led the National Commission for Government Reforms from May 2006.

On his paper entitled “Islam and the Future of Economics,” Dr Ishrat Husain claimed that the West’s financial system is based on rampant corruption that is, of course, on the contrary to the Islamic financial system based on ‘integral parts of honesty, transparency, and truth.’

“The system is based on integral parts of honesty, transparency, and truth,” he said.

Further he talked about the onset of the global financial crisis in the end of 2009, in which he said that it was an ‘accumulation’ of resources by individuals.

Likewise, he told a lot about capitalism and socialism in a comparison to the Islamic financial system.

To him, both capitalism and socialism had failed to serve because in capitalism, resources are in a few hands and lacks of equitable system.

On the other hand, socialism had an equitable system but it is poor in efforts to distribute resources.

“It (Islamic financial system) promotes balance between market, family, and society, which prevents from unequal distribution of resources,” he said.

The experiment of Islamic financial system in Pakistan alone has been emerged since 2002, and was aimed at bringing equity where one protects the rights of others.

On the “About” section of the website, the website clearly blames the Islamic teaching as saying that implying the ‘literal dictations of the Quran’ can lead every single Muslim to be ‘terrorist.’

“The controversial film showed how Islamic terrorists are following the literal dictations of the Quran,” it says.

Above all, the website is actually an ‘over-phobia’ of either the Western, fanatic Christians, and Anti-Islam following the fast growing of Islam throughout the world.

“Islam is on the verge of conquering the West,” the website says.

In response to this, a member of the Islamic Center of Columbia, Habeeb Abdullah, agreed to the website’s statement saying that ‘Islam is Rising,’ but he opposed the idea that Islam a threat.

“They say Islam is on the rise -- which is true, it is on the rise -- but there is nothing to be afraid of from Islam,” Mr Habeeb Abdullah said to WisTV.

“If Islam is on the rise, I think American people are informed enough to know what is right and what is wrong.

“So if they are accepting Islam, there has to be a reason,” Mr Abdullah said further.

‘Leave Islam’ Ad in Detroit
Later on Monday (21/6/2010), an Anti-Islam group based in Ann Arbor, Detroit, The Thomas More Law Center, has confirmed that it forced the local federal court in an attempt to put an ‘Islamophobic’ ads at bus agency.

The ad, which clearly provides solution for being ‘Murtad’ (leaving Islam), says, “Fatwa on Your Head? Is your family or community threatening you? Leaving Islam? Got Questions? Get Answers!”

Robert Muise of the Thomas More Law Center falsely blamed the bus agency, which rejected the ad to be put on its buses, of ‘violating’ the First Amendment, and therefore he sought for legal action to get the ad on the busses.

However, local residents – which are mostly Muslims – stated that they are supporting the decision taken by the bus agency as saying that the bus agency has ‘prerogative’ to reject the ad.

United Kingdom- A prominent Islamic scholar, Dr Zakir Naik, was banned from entering the United Kingdom as he was scheduled to deliver speeches about Islam and at Al-Khair Peace Conference in London and Sheffield on June 25th to 26th, 2010.

The Mumbai-based Ulema (Islamic scholar) was the first victim of the new administration of the British Home Office, which said that it can ban people from entering the UK for personal views.

Theresa May of the British Home Office said that Dr Zakir Naik has made several comments that are ‘evidence’ of unacceptable behaviour.

“Numerous comments made by Dr Naik are evidence to me of his unacceptable behaviour,” she said.

The ban provoked spark amongst the either Muslims or non-Muslims as the former administration of the British Home Office admitted that it was not allowed to ban people from entering UK for mere personal views.

In response to the decision of banning Dr Zakir Naik from entering the UK, the Muslim Council of Britain expressed its condemnation by calling the ban a ‘recent campaign of vilification against the scholar.’

“The Home Secretary’s action serves to demonise the very voices within the world ready for debate and discussion.

“The tour would have been a golden opportunity for young Muslims who are eager to hear the true messages of Islam which promote understanding between communities,” says the statement released by the Muslim Council of Britain.

It is undoubtedly that the exclusion decision taken by the British Home Office is an impact of the fast growth of Islam in the Europe generally, and in the UK in special.

Palestine- Local residents of Khan Younis area witnessed that one Palestinian Mujahid, under the command of Islamic Jihad’s Al-Quds Brigades, was wounded by Israeli terrorists’ fire in the Gaza Strip on Thursday (17/6/2010).

United States- Touchdown Jesus Statue was caught on fire after lighting struck the landmark on Tuesday (14/6/2010) at 11:15 pm of local time.

The limelight of Ohio city, Touchdown Jesus Statue, is now a mere iron frame standing in front of the Evangelical Solid Rock Church.

No casualties are reported from the ‘real lesson of Allah’ when the fire spread from the statue to an adjacent amphitheater.

The six-storeys statue, made of plastic and fiberglass over a steel frame, was built as a beacon of hope and salvation by Lawrence Bishop and his wife in 2004.

Islamic State of Iraq- Sheikh Usama bin Ladin has jut recently issued an audio message addressed to Americans.

Sheikh Usama bin Ladin, on the one-half minute video, said that Mujahideen in the Islamic State of Iraq will send all the American captives to the hell only after the US meets its promise to execute Khalid Sheikh Muhammad.

“The day when the US draws the decision, it would be consideration for us to execute every single captive we have,” Sheikh Usama said.

The message also calls the US president Hussein Obama as the successor of his predecessor George W. Bush for backing Israel terrorists invading and capturing the land of Palestine.

“Your friends in the White House continue to commit in evil deeds when they are faced with a number of important questions,” Sheikh Usama remarked.

“He has increased the number of military operation in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and continues to detain our brothers, like Khalid Sheikh Muhammad, on their prisons,” the video says further.

The message ends with a clear threat to the US as saying that there will be another 9/11-like martyrdom operation in the US.

“The US will suffer from the same martyrdom operation just like the 9/11. Justice Demands an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and the war is inexorable,” Sheikh Usama ends the message.

Later on May 23rd, 2010, the sound-like message was also released by Sheikh Anwar Al-Walaki who said that all the Americans will be sent to hell if the US ‘transgress’ against Muslim civilians.

“Oh America, if you transgress against us, we will transgress against you. And if you keep killing our people, we will kill your people,” said the US-Yemeni born Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki.

Indonesia- Finally, two people shot dead by Indonesia’s Anti-Terror Squad in Cawang, Jakarta, were buried on Tuesday (08/5/2010) with no one knows who their families are.

Strange, Indonesian Police spokesman Edward Aritonang confirmed that the police had buried the two people whose identities haven’t been clarified yet.

“It’s been almost a month no family comes here to recognize both of them and therefore our medics buried them today,” Aritonang said on Tuesday.

The two, who were shot dead upon fraud charge of having link with Al-Qaeda, were then buried at the same graveyard as Ustadz Syaifudin Zuhri and Muhammad Syahrir – two Indonesian Mujahideen martyred by Indonesia’s Anti-Terror Squad (Densus 88).

Some local residents who helped the burial witnessed by themselves there was sign of syahid (martyrdom) emerging from the deceased bodies of the two Mujahideen.

Those who put the deceased bodies into the holes said that fresh blood was still spurting out from the head and the back of the two Mujahideen.

In normal, blood will stop spilling out when one was killed, but the two Mujahideen appeared to be alive because fresh blood spurts out just like a person gets hurt.

Amongst those who put the bodies into the holes was Ustadz Syamsudin Uba who undoubtedly states the phenomenon is the sign of syahid of the two Mujahideen.

“Indeed, we used to manage deceased babies, children and adults, starting frombathing them, praying for them, and burried them. Therefore, we can easily differentiate common decased bodies from ‘martyred’ decased bodies,” Ustadz Syamsudin said.

“When we bathed them, we saw by ourselves – subhanallah – that fresh blood flows from their heads. In fact, they have been ‘killed’ a month ago,” Ustadz Syamsudin said further.

All people attending the burial ceremony recited Allah Akbar (Allah is Great), and were in agreement that the two were not ‘terrorists’ but Mujahideen.

The two Mujahideen were shot dead by Indonesia’s Anti-Terror Squad (Densus 88) in Cililitan, Eastern Jakarta on May 12th, 2010.

There were no people admitting to be their families when the two Mujahideen were burried.

Two US Drones and Nine Military Tanks Destroyed by Afghan Mujahideen

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan- Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have on Sunday (06/6/2010) brought down two US drones (spy planes or unmanned aerial vehicles) as the Al-Fath Operation continues.

Zabihullah Mujahid reported on Sunday that one US drone was shot down in Khugianu district of Nangarhar.

Local residents witnessed some US helicopters were around the area to collect parts of the wreckage of the drone and other sensitive electronic equipments.

On the same day, another US drone aircraft was brought down by Afghan Mujahideen in Marjah.

Another spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Qari Muhammad Yousuf, reported from the area that the pieces of the drone remained scattered across the area.

During Sunday (06/6/2010) to Monday (07/6/2010), Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan achieved a number of glorious victories over foreign invaders proven by the destruction of nine military tanks in different areas.

In the district of Dil Aram, Nimroz, one foreign terrorists’ military tank was destroyed when it hit a roadside bomb.

In Farah, two of the US military tanks were blown to bits in two separate bombings in the district of Kalistan. Further report said that all the terrorists within were killed.

In Zabul, one military tank of NATO-led terrorists was annihilated after it hit a mine blast in Tarin Kowt city, Zabul Province.

Survey Shows Prison Best Place to Find and Learn Islam

England- A report based on interviews with 164 Muslim inmates in eight prisons and young offender institutions shows that prison is the best place to find and learn Islam – that’s www.Islaminet.net understands.

The report, published today, is a result of an in-depth study on the Muslim prisoners and a combination of the recent survey with inspection reports for the past three years.

It can be known that 30 per cent of British prisoners have converted to Islam and a number of ‘non-practicing’ Muslims have become ‘practicing’ Muslims during their sentence in prisons.

‘Muslim Prisoners’ Experience,’ that’s the name of the report, unveils significant growth in the number of Muslim prisoners in England and Wales with 2,513 (5%) in 1994 to 6,571 (8%) in 2004, and up to 10,300 (12%) this year.

“Some are birth Muslims, and others have converted. In prisoner surveys, 40% were Asian, 32% black, 11% white, and 10% of mixed heritage,” said Mrs Dame Anner Owers.

However, there is skepticism over the report claiming that the growth in the number of Muslim converts means the growing ‘fear’ of ‘terrorism’ or ‘extremism’ even though less than one per cent of the Muslim inmates have links to ‘extremists’ or ‘terrorists.’

“There has been considerable public focus on them as potential extremists and on prisons as the place where they may become radicalized, often through conversion – even though fewer than 1% are in prison for terrorist-related offenses,” MRs Owers said.

Another finding of the report says that Muslim inmates face more negative experience (compared to non-Muslim inmates) during their sentence in prison in regards to their safety in addition to inharmonious relations between Muslim inmates and prison staffs.

Worse situation can be found in high security prisons where three-quarters of Muslims interviewed admitted that they found themselves ‘unsafe,’ leading to mistrust of the prisons staffs.

Dated back to April 2010, the world was shocked with the news on the conversion of Ex-Wigan Athletic footballer Marlon King to Islam while he was running his prison sentence.

Marlon King, who changed his name to Abu Hamza Tariq, is said to embrace Islam after continuous conversation with his ‘hero’ Abu Hamzah Al-Misri, who is jailed for having the Encyclopaedia of Afghan Jihad.

This then proves another finding of the report that says Muslim inmates play great roles in ‘rehabilitating’ other inmates, and at this point it can be concluded that prison is the best place to find and learn Islam.

Russia- Indonesian ambassador to Moscow, Mr Hamid Awaludin, along with a number of Muslim leaders officially opened an exhibition of halal-certified products in Crocis Expo, Moscow on Monday (07/6/2010).

The Moscow Halal Expo 2010 further will last for three days, ending on June 9th, 2010.

Sixty companies from several countries such as Russia, Belarus, Germany, Turkey, United Emirate Arab, Bahrain, and Indonesia are taking part on the exhibition, which represents religious spirit in the country.

Not only are products like food and beverages being displayed on the Moscow Halal Expo 2010, but also cosmetic products, household utensils, and some others more.

Vice Mufti of Russia, Mr Rushan Abbasyov, expressed his happiness upon the exhibition saying that it feels like having another Eid-ul-Fitr.

“We are happy to carry this out. And we chose Indonesian Ambassador Mr Hamid Awaludin to open this because he’s active in promoting cooperation with the Russian Mufti Council,” Mr Abbasyov said.

Muslims are only allowed to eat and use halal products as it will give some bad effects – spiritually of physically – when a Muslim eats haram foods or beverages.

Mr Hamid Awaludin believes the concept of halal in Islam is available to keep the Muslim people from spiritual harmony as saying, “Halal products will implicate spiritually.”

Seminar on Islamic finance as well as Islamic business meeting were also held on the exhibition.

Israeli Terrorists Launch Airstrike on the Jabaliya Area, Northern Gaza

Palestine- Ahmad Salah (25) was reported to suffer from heavy injured as Israeli terrorists launched an airstrike on the Jabaliya area in the northern Gaza.

Local residents witnessed the Israel terrorists’ drone fired a missile at a group of people east of Jabaliya.

The brutal attack resulted in light damage for some buildings at range of six kilometers from the target.

Confirming to the media, the Israeli terrorists said they were targeting ‘squad preparing to fire rocket into Israel.’

Another local resident also told the local media that he saw a man, who was collecting cement particles at the Gaza border near the Erez crossing, was shot at his foot.

Head of the Kamal Udwan Hospital later identified the man was named after Adham Kafarna (45).

Early on Monday (07/6/2010), four members of Fatah’s armed wing were martyred on the coast of the Gaza Strip.

The four martyrs were later identified as Fayiz Alfiri (21), Muhammad Qweidir (34), Ibrahim Al-Wahidi (25), and Hamid Thabit (20).

On the same day, Palestinian sources reported that another one member of Fatah’s Al-Aqsa Brigade went mission, while two other members of Fatah – including one high-profile leader – survived and escaped away.

Later on Sunday (06/6/2010), a Mujahid of the Palestinian Struggle Front in Bethlehem named Khalid Al-Azza was martyred in a road accident near his home in Doha, West of Bethlehem.

India- A number of Kashmiri Muslims protested against anti-Islam’s provocation, which printed the picture of Masjid Al-Aqsa on underwear products.

Fierce protest, which took place in different areas of the city on Saturday (05/6/2010), occured as local police tried to stop the mass, and therefore resulted in four Muslims and five policemen wounded.

Amongst the mobs, it was heard people yelled ‘Islam Zindabad’ and ‘We want freedom,’ while some others sounded slogans anti-Israel.

“This sketch is sacrilegious. We can’t tolerate such acts. We would protest,” said a Muslim protester.

Another protester, Basharat Khan, said, “We are against this. It is a conspiracy against Muslims, but we won’t tolerate anything. We will give our lives for Islam.”

Marching towards Lal Chowk, the Muslim protesters found themselves being intercepted by police who then fired tear gas at the crowd.

The Saturday’s protest was lured of an Anti-Islam’s provocative action, which depicted the picture of Masjid Al-Aqsa on its underwear product.

According to the local residents, a dealer of a ready-to-use garments bought some goods from New Delhi and were shocked to see a picture of Masjid Al-Aqsa on underwear products.

While Muslims are feeling their dignity being slammed by the offensive act, some other anti-Islam activist in Kashmir accused Muslim protesters of ‘orchestrating’ the protest to distract people’s focus from the investigation of Machil fake encounter killings.

“We feel some people orchestrated the entire protest thing to distract focus of people from the investigation of Machil fake encounter,” said an anti-Islam activist Showkat Ahmad.

In response to the offensive act by those anti-Islam people, the Kashmiri police said the depiction of Masjid Al-Aqsa on underwear products was only a rumour.

France- French police officials for another time fined a Muslim woman for wearing niqab while she was driving in the northern Maubeuge on June 3th, 2010.

The Muslim woman (23) said she was burdened with € 35 ($ 43) as she deliberately ‘reduced’ field of vision while driving.

The Tuesday’s incident was the second after weeks ago another Muslim woman was fined for wearing burqa while driving in the Western city of Nantes.

Speaking to media on Friday (4/6/2010), Mohammed Moussaoui of French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM) confirmed that his group stands against the proposed bill on banning the burqa/niqab.

“It will be very hard to apply,” said Mr Moussaoui who is the head of CFCM.

Fear also appeared from the country’s police unions who claimed that banning Muslim women from face covering will lead to chaotic scenes and protests.

Press Release from Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: Self-same Jirgas have been convened by Former Communists

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

No question, Afghanistan is a land of jirgas. The Afghans, many a time, have solved their problems through jirgas. However, these jirgas were guardians of vital interests of the country and of religious values. The predecessors Afghans convened jirgas as per their own discretion. There was no room for infiltration of foreign agendas and demands into jirgas.

Ironically, for the last few decades, jirgas have become submissive, essence less, turned into propaganda stunt and pandered to foreign desires. Neither the participants have taken part on their own, nor the jirgas have been convened on the basis of the free will of the people. This is why that the good name of jirgas have been tarnished, their credibility and essence eroded.

Former communists used to utilize this historical and outstanding tradition of the Afghans for the prolongation of their stooge regimes. Babarak Karmal and Najib did convene traditional jirgas. However, the aim was to create split among the ranks of the Afghan jihad and fabricate justification for the Russian invasion of Afghanistan and paint the stooge regimes which were virtually dependent on Russians, as being indigenous and having grassroots foothold. The Russians and their surrogates failed in their conspiracy and achieved nothing. The Jihad gained momentum. The invaders constantly faced fiasco and headed towards historical infamy.

After the invasion of the coalition crusaders under the leadership of America, jirgas were held on the footstep of jirgas held by Babrak Karmal and Najib, ostensibly under the clothing of being indigenous Afghan jirgas. Some jirgas were held abroad and failed consequently. The reason being, they were not Afghan-rooted and void of any hold. Nor they had been convened for the realization of the vital interests of the country. They were convened to serve the needs of the Americans and other foreigners and the conveners were diligently trying to distract the attention of the Afghans from the occupation of Afghanistan by foreigners.

Finally, the Jirgas were aimed at garnering support of the Afghans to sustain the Kabul stooge administration.
Now the same replica is in full swing anew. The Americans want to reduce the pressure of the current popular resistance against the foreigners and create a crevice in the ranks of Jihad and resistance.
Surely, this jirga will go nowhere, obviously in view of the facts that:

1. The real and true representatives of the people, chosen on their free will, have no presence in the jirga.

2. The Jirga is being held under political, military and economic pressure of foreign forces.

3. The Karzai Administration and participants of the Jirga have no power of implementation of the Jirga’s resolutions.

The Afghans and the public of the world know that, in case the jirga calls for unconditional withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan, the Karzai government and members of the Jirga have no binding power to implement it. So what is this jirga for? Only to pull a fast one on people; to waste time and blemish the historical stature of jirgas! More than that, what is it expected to bring in?

Indonesia- About 500 Indonesian Muslims from some Islamic organizations gathered on Wednesday (2/6/2010) protesting the visit of US President Hussein Obama in the midst of June this year.

The today’s protest alone was the fourth wave of protest against the visit of Hussein Obama scheduled to be on June 14th to 19th.

“Actually, there were about 53 Islamic organizations planning the protest, but today’s protest was only followed by half of them,” said Muhammad Mursalim of Laskar Pembela Umat (Fighters of Ummah Defender).

Centering the mass in front of the US embassy on Medan Merdeka Selatan Street of Indonesia’s capital Jakarta, they yelled slogans ‘anti-Obama’ in regards to his response on the Gaza Flotilla raid by Israel terrorist country.

Further the mass said that they would stage the protest in a series until the day Hussein Obama comes to Indonesia.

“The US is a close friend of Israel. And therefore such a protest will continue until Obama comes to Indonesia,” Mursalim added.

Munarman, spokesman of Forum Umat Islam (Islamic Ummah Forum), also claimed that the US and Israel terrorist are ‘the same.’

“America and Israel are the same,” Mr Munarman said regarding to the orchestrator behind the inhuman fire by Israeli terrorists on Freedom Flotilla ships.

Ustadz Abu Jibril, representative of another Islamic organization taking part in the protest, likewise confirmed the stance of his organization on the coming visit of Hussein Obama to Indonesia.

“Firmly we reject (Hussein Obama),” Ustadz Abu Jibril said.

Ustadz Abu Jibril – whose son is accused with ‘fraud charge’ by Indonesian Police – further told that there is no benefit for human being, especially for the Muslim ummah, along with the coming of Obama to Indonesia.

He said that Obama came to the White House upon support from Israel, and therefore Obama will keep silent and take no real action in response to the recent raid on humanitarian activists on Gaza Freedom Flotilla.

Gaza Freedom Flotilla is a group of six ships carrying tons of aid supplies to the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Halfway on its journey approaching the Gaza Strip, Israeli naval terrorists seized the ships after making fiercely blind gunshots on the ships carrying 663 activists from 37 nations.

At least ten activists were killed at once above the MV Mavi Marmara ship, the leading ship of the convoy following the raid on May 31st, 2010.

Stance taken by the White House alone was interpreted ‘confusing’ saying that the White House would not weigh in too deeply or with much detail into the raid on Gaza Freedom Flotilla.

In Indonesia, the Name of Allah Appears on a Cat’s Body

Indonesia- A female cat named after Emeng is now the most frequent topic of discussion amongst Indonesians because the name of Allah – spelled in Arabic – appears on its body.

Emeng, now one year old, is in the hand of Adang Suryatna who was given the cat by his older brother when Emeng was three months old.

Since its eight months old, Mr Adang’s son Agung Wibawa (14) found the name of Allah appears on its body, precisely on the right side of its abdomen.

One more unique feature of Emeng is that the cat usually awakens its owner, Mr Adang Suryatna (55), when the call of Subuh (dawn) prayer approaching.

“Every Dawn Prayer, Emeng awakens me captiously.. It licks my feet and my face when the Dawn Prayer approaching,” said Adang to local media.

Emeng has been pregnant for three weeks, and now treated by Mr Adang’s brother Agung Finandita in West Java’s capital Bandung City.

It was Mr Finandita who then made the ‘miracle’ spread out massively amongst the Indonesians after he published the photos of Emeng on Facebook.

Since then, some people tried to own Emeng, with some of them offers more than 20 million rupiahs (US $200) just to have Emeng.

Palestinian Woman Martyred in Hebron Amidst Israel’s Attack on Freedom Flotilla

Palestine- One Palestinian woman was martyred as she was rammed by an Israeli settler’s vehicle on Sunday (30/5/2010) night.

Fatima Sabarna (55) was reported to suffer serious wound and her husband was also wounded lightly when an Israeli settler drove his car at the couple near Beit Ummar graveyard, Hebron, Jerusalem.

Mrs Sabarna had once been brought to the Intensive Care Unit at the Al-Ahly Hospital in Hebron, but she martyred later on.

Local sources reported that an Israeli hospital rejected the request to transfer Mrs Sabarna due to her serious wound, meaning that there is common ‘evil-allegiance’ amongst Israeli terrorists.

The incident coincident with the arrogance of Israeli terrorist forces that fired on humanitarian activists ‘Freedom Flotilla’ who were on a mission to stock humanitarian aids to Gaza.

Local media reported on Monday (31/5/2010) that Israeli terrorist forces ‘roped from a helicopter onto the ship and began shooting – resulting in 15 killed and about 30 others wounded.

Amongst the wounded during the raid is Sheikh Raed Salah, head of the Islamic Movement in Israel, who was on the Flotilla ship.

Freedom Flotilla is a humanitarian effort initiated by the Free Gaza Movement and the Humanitarian Relief foundation that is struggling to send multiple ships to the Gaza Strip starting on May 30, 2010.

Somalia’s Universal TV Warned by Al-Shabab Jihadi Movement

Somalia- The spokesman of Al-Shabaab Jihadi movement, Sheikh Ali Mohamoud Raghe, or known as Sheikh Ali Dhere, has warned Universal TV for showing cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

This warning then means that all kinds of cooperation between Al-Shabaab and Universal TV will be suspended.

Al-Shabaab Jihadi movement, especially its media department, has been in collaboration with Universal TV so far, but all was ‘ceased’ after the TV shows the ‘offensive’ cartoons.

‘The Information Section of Al-Shabaab ceased to collaborate with Universal TV, effective Saturday night,” said Sheikh Ali Dhere.

The policy was issued after on Saturday (29/5/2010), the London-based Universal TV was accused of showing clips of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

To the side of Al-Shabaab Jihadi movement, there is no difference between merely showing the cartoons from producing the cartoons, regarding to the fact that Universal TV did only relay the cartoons instead of producing them.

“Universal TV had deliberately shown the public offensive materials against our Prophet. We shall not buy cheap excuse that the TV had only shown and not produced the cartoons,” said Sheikh Ali Dhere.

Further Sheikh Ali Dhere urged all the Mujahideen all over the world to keep monitoring what Universal TV will do in the future, summoning real action against the TV if necessary.

“This TV is part of the obnoxious campaign against our religion,” Sheikh Ali Dhere remarked.

However, the summon to real action against TV will be suspended only after an admission of penitence from the TV.

Indonesia- While the world notices that Indonesia has the world’s biggest Muslim population in the world, a shocking news states that Indonesia’s Bali Province will be host of ‘Miss World 2014.’

Indonesian Muslims react to this with mostly condemn the plan as it might possibly bring ‘clashes’ in Indonesia.

Indonesia Ulema Council (MUI) confirmed on Friday (28/5/2010) that Indonesian government must ‘reject wisely’ the Miss World 20104 to be held in Bali.

Another Indonesian Islamic organization, Islamic Defender Front (FPI), also delivered its fierce condemnation as saying that FPI will always stands against such an event.

“So far if such an event (is held in Indonesia), FPI will always stand against! That’s an event of showing private parts of women’s bodies and it is on the contrary to the Muslim majority in this country,” said Mustafa Embong of FPI spokesman.

Cordoba House Construction Gets ‘OK’ from New York City Community Board

United States- New York City Community Board went to a poll on Tuesday (25/6/2010) resulting in an OK for a plan to erect a huge Masjid and Islamic center Cordoba House near ground zero.

The NYC Community Board members believe the Cordoba House can change the misperception about Islam and tackle perception that Islam relates closely to terrorism.

“Here is a chance to allow moderate Muslims to teach people that not all Muslims are terrorists,” said Bruce Wallace, an American who lost a nephew on 9/11.

Rob Townley, a member of NYC Community Board, supported the construction of the Cordoba House as saying that ‘this is significant step’ to reduce the ‘hate and fanaticism.’

“It’s a seed of peace. We believe that this is significant step in the Muslim community to counteract the hate and fanaticism in the minority of the community,” he said to Associated Press.

Progress to the approval of the Cordoba House alone did not run smoothly by reason of fierce and yelling comments, such as “You’re building over a Christian cemetery!” from the project opponents.

However, a key to getting supports from the surrounding residents are seen to be from the Manhattan Community Board 1 and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer.

In his statement, Mr Scott Stringer – who got fierce ‘worthless’ criticism from Tea Party Express’s Mark Williams, expressed his support to the construction upon consideration of balancing diversity and bringing different groups together.

“We have to balance diversity and look for opportunities to bring different groups together,” he said.

On another occasion Mr Stringer also said that he will do ‘everything’ to get the Masjid Cordoba House opened.

“I’ll do everything I can to make sure this Mosque does get opened and people have the right to assemble there and practice their religion,” he said.

The Cordoba House, said by one of the construction’s sponsors Cordoba Initiatives, is a means of educating the public about Islam through education and organized experiences of art, culture, and entertainment.

For that reason, the Cordoba House will not merely be functioned a house of worship for Muslims, but also a community center, sports hall, gathering place, and Islamic center for teaching and learning.

Respecting Women, Western Aceh Bans Women from Wearing Trousers

Indonesia- Dated since Wednesday (26/5/2010), the district government of Western Aceh, Indonesia’s Aceh Province issued a regulation banning women from wearing trousers and tight T-shirts.

To underpin its programme to tackle immodesty amongst Acehnesse women, the government further said there are 20,000 skirts to be given freely to every single woman caught at hand wearing trousers.

Talking to the media, regent of Western Aceh district Mr Ramli Mansyur insists the regulation to be passed into a full law, even though anti-Islam activists often said the ban infringes women’s rights.

Mr Mansyur believed that what he has done in passing the bill into a full law is right as it is part of efforts to imply the Islamic law in the Land of Aceh.

“As a leader, I must imply the regulation because I will be asked to account for the mandate bestowed upon me by Allah Almighty and the people,” he said on Tuesday (25/6/2010).

In advance, Mr Mansyur has issued an order to the local Wilayatul Hisabah (Sharia Police) to hold public monitoring aimed at advising women caught at hand wearing trousers.

“For tomorrow (today), Sharia Police will be centered in some locations throughout the district of Western Aceh, such as in the border of Nagan Raya district, Arogan district, and Kawai district,” Mr Mansyur remarked.

There will be some stages in giving advice to those women caught at hand wearing trousers, in which women caught three times by Sharia Police will be jailed.

In Islam, Muslim women are ordered to wear Hijab, and not to mix with men who are not their relatives.

Uppsala University ‘Re-provides’ Another Chance for Lars Vilks to Insult Islam

Sweden- Insane Swedish artist who drew the Prophet Muhammad in a dog’s body, Lars Vilks, was given another chance to ‘insult’ Islam by Uppsala University, where he got his first physical assault.

Through an official statement released on Tuesday (25/5/2010) by the university’s spokesman, “The department (of philosophy) has reached a wise decision. Lars Vilks must be allowed to hold his lecture.”

While a number of Muslims are condemning the decision taken by the university to reinvite Lars Vilks, forces from the Western anti-Islam media also played role in the university’s decision-making.

A day after Lars Vilks got his ‘first lesson,’ the university’s spokeswoman confirmed that it would never again invite him as saying, “It’s nothing that we’re discussing right now, but it’s not very likely given how it turned out here.”

Lars Vilks, who was headbutted when he was delivering an insulting speech about the limits of freedom of expression, is scheduled by the university to ‘continue’ the insulting speech in the fall.

Field reporter of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabihullah Mujahid, has reported on Monday (24/5/2010) that the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan destroyed a tank of the US-led coalition in a remote-controlled bomb in Dil Aram district of Nimroz on Saturday (22/5/2010).

On the same day, six US-NATO terrorists were killed at once when two of their military tanks were heavily damaged in an ambush carried out by the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the district of Manugi, Kunar Province.

Later in the afternoon of Saturday (22/5/2010), another US-NATO terrorists’ military tank were exploded by an IED planted by the Mujahideen in the district of Nowzad, Helmand Provice.

In Musa Kala district of Helmand Province, another field reporter of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Qari Yousuf Ahmadi has reported that one military tank of the British terrorists was destroyed by a homemade bomb planted by the Mujahideen.

Hundreds of Indonesian Muslims Urge Indonesia Anti-Terror Squad (Densus 88) Disbanded

Indonesia- On Friday (21/5/2010), 300 Muslims in Surakarta, Central Java held a mass protest urging the government to disband Indonesia Anti-Terror Squad (Densus 88).

Marching from a Masjid Kota Barat in the heart of the city, they brought posters and slogans calling the Densus 88 ‘the real terrorist.’

The protest was centered in front of the city’s police office where some Muslim students yelled slogans anti Densus 88, which have martyred a number of Muslim activists suspected to be ‘Mujahideen.’

“Issues on terrorism was deliberately spread out in order to tame Muslims’ power,” said a protester.

The group calling themselves after Solidaritas Umat Islam Surakarta-SUIS (Solidarity of Islamic Ummah from Surakarta) also embedded ‘big-boss of human rights infringer’ status to the Densus 88.

Such a status was based upon consideration that the Densus 88’s efforts in eradicating ‘terrorism’ cannot draw symphathy from the public.

“(Those who were) targeted are Muslim missionaries, and volunteers of Islam. Almost 100% arrested by the Densus 88 are civilians and Muslims,” said Muhammad Sholeh Ibrahim, the leader of SUIS.

Ensuring the US government ahead the visit of US president Hussein Obama, the Indonesian police – with its anti-terror squad – intensifies its efforts to either kidnap or kill some Muslim missionaries blindly accused to have relations with ‘Al-Qaeda.’

Recently, the Densus 88 released 11 Muslim missionaries after there is not enough evidence to prove their involvement in any Jihadi movement.

Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki Warns the US for ‘Intentionally Killing A Million Muslim Civilians’

Yemen- Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki on a new video released on Sunday (23/5/2010) warned the US that ‘American soldiers heading to Afghanistan and Iraq will be killed.’

“Oh America, if you transgress against us, we will transgress against you. And if you keep killing our people, we will kill your people.”

“This is the image that we need to present. These American soldiers heading to Afghanistan and Iraq will be killed. We will kill them if we can, there is Fort Hood, or we will kill them in Afghanistan and Iraq,” Sheikh Al-Awlaki said.

Wearing a white Yemeni robe, turban, and a traditional jambiyah dagger tucked into his waistband, Sheikh Al-Walaki also spoke an irony about the relations between the 9/11 attack and the number of Muslim martyred by the US terrorist soldiers in Muslim lands.

“Those who might be killed in a plane are merely a drop of water in a sea if compared to a million of women and children martyred in Palestine, Iraq, and Afghanistan.”

“We must treat them the same way and attack them just like they’ve attacked us,” said Sheikh Al-Awlaki referring to the consideration he took to justify the killing of American terrorist soldiers in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other Muslim lands.

On the 45-minute video, Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki praised Maj. Nidal Hasan, a former US army psychiatrist, as saying “What Nidal Hassan did was heroic... And I call on all Muslims serving in the US army to follow his path.”

Maj. Nidal Hassan, who was called by Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki as one his ‘students,’ was arrested by the US for deliberately sending 13 US terrorist soldiers to the hell in November 2009.

Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki is now the most wanted man in the US, and therefore the US is actively trying to find him and many other (Muslims) throughout the world.

In response to this, Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki said he is safe and ‘move freely in Yemen.’

“I move freely in Yemen. There is a support amongst my tribesmen. Even though they know they are in danger, they welcome me and greet me because they are righteous people. If the Americans want me, let them come and look for me and Allah will protest me,” Sheikh Al-Awlaki said.

Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki is reported to be in Yemen, and ‘in safe hands’ – that’s the leader of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, Sheikh Nasir Al-Wuhayshi, stated last week on Sunday (16/5/2010).

“Awlaki... is amongst a crowd of Muslims who are indignant towards the oppressive US policy. Do not worry about the Sheikh. He is in safe hands,” Sheikh Nasir Al-Wuhayshi said.

The Islamic Emirate had clarified its stand concerning the issue in its recent statement. But unfortunately, some media outlets play their subservient role to the invading and tyrant forces by publishing these fatuous rumors, ostensibly in the name of performing journalistic obligation. They have reported that the delegation of the Islamic Emirate has participated in Maldives talks which are against the ground realities.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believes that in condition of the presence of foreign forces in Afghanistan, all talks, whatsoever, will only prolong the current tragedy in Afghanistan and, therefore, Islamic Emirate categorically rejects reports about participation of the representatives of the Islamic Emirate in the Maldives talks.

Those persons who participated in the Maldives meeting in the name of envoys of the Islamic Emirate, are, in fact, persons who have already surrendered to Karzai Administration and are currently active members of the State organs of the Surrogate Administration or members of puppet State intelligence department. Foreign invaders utilize their former positions and portfolios, to use them as paid recruits. They are members of Karzai administration rather than envoys of the Islamic Emirate. Their participation in such meetings emanates from their economic and political constraints and is never aimed at solving the current issue of Afghanistan.

Disrespecting Islam, Spain-based Moroccans Publish ‘Gay Magazine’ in Morocco

Morocco- Some Moroccans grouped in a gay rights organization published the first ‘gay magazine’ in the country, meaning there is no respect to Islam at all.

Funded and managed from Spain, the ‘Mithly’ magazine has been sold around 200 copies so far in Morocco, where Muslims make up to 99% of the entire population.

Despite the fact that homosexuality is strictly forbidden in Islam and in the country, Kif-Kif gay rights organization lied about helping 'tackling’ negative attitudes to homosexuality.

Muslims in the country oppose the magazine as claiming that it will lead to moral degradation amongst the young Moroccans.

The launching of the magazine was possibly held along with the celebration of the Mawazine World Rhythms Festival where Elton John – who is also a gay – appeared on stage.

Many Moroccan Muslims disagreed with Elton John’s appearance at the festival saying that he is known for ‘bragging about his homosexuality.’

“We asked the government to exclude this person from the list of artists invited to this festival. This man – sorry I should say this person, not this man – is known for bragging about his homosexuality,” said Mustapha Rahmad of Islam-based PJD Party about the plan of the festival organizer to invite Elton John.

Under the law of Morocco, homosexuality is illegal referring to the country's criminal code on Article 489 saying that people who commit to ‘lewd or unnatural acts with an individual of the same sex’ could be sentenced to prison.

In Islam, homosexuality – either gay or lesbian – is strictly forbidden as what the Quran says below:

“And Lot who said to his people: 'Do you do what is indecent though you see its iniquity? Would you really approach men in your lusts rather than women? You are a people grossly ignorant.' His people gave no answer but this: 'Drive out the followers of Lot from our city. They are indeed men who want to be clean and pure.' But we saved him and his family except his wife: We destined her to be of those who lagged behind. And We raked down on them a shower: and evil was the shower on those who were admonished. (An-Naml: 54-58)”

“When our messengers came to Lot, he was grieved on their account and felt himself powerless to protect them. He said: 'This is a distressful day.' Allah Akbar! New Masjid Starts Operating in Church-Surrounded Area of Sheboygan

United States- Muslim population living in ‘Church-surrounded’ Sheboygan County now find it easy to strengthen up relations with other Muslims and more importantly to improve their understanding on Islam because new Masjid in the area has started operating on Friday (21/5/2010).

They called the Friday first service at the Masjid a ‘Happy Day’ as they no longer need to drive one hour to Milwaukee just to attend the mass prayer.

Palestine-born Hashem Allah (48) said he used to drive one hour to Milwaukee just to have a mass prayer, but now he ‘thanked to God’ as the Masjid ‘so close’ to him.

Masjid Sheboygan came to real after on Monday (17/5/2010) the Wilson Town Board voted publicly to grant a conditional use permit to use the Masjid located at 9110 Sauk Trail Road in the former Tom’s Wisconsin building.

The first Friday sermon at the Masjid was led by the Masjid’s imam Mohammad Hamad, and attended by 16 Muslim men and three Muslim women in separate room.

Talking to Sheboygan Press, Mr Hamad expressed his happiness for having a Masjid standing in the surrounding Churchgoing population.

“I see the happiness and joy in their faces. They’re glad it’s over. They want to feel normal and put this behind them,” Mr Hamad remarked.

“It’s been so long since I prayed and worshipped. Now I’m starting fresh. There are million Churces around here for kids to go to. I’ve never had that opportunity,” said Leyla Birilik (18).

The approval for the operation of the Masjid Sheboygan was issued after a 90-minute fiery discussion attended by hundred speakers and 120 people including the local resident of Sheboygan County.

It is estimated that 80 to 100 Muslim families are living in Sheboygan County with about 20 to 25 families would possibly attend the mass prayer held five times in a day at the Masjid routinely.

Sultans of Science Exhibits Great Contribution of Islam to Modern Science

Canada- Gathering on Friday (21/5/2010), some Muslim scholars were telling the public that Islam contributed greatly to the modern science at an event entitled ‘Sultans of Science.’

Opened on Friday, the exhibition will run until September 6th, 2010, with gallery of scientific discoveries by the past Muslim scholars, such as Abbas bin Firnas, Ibnu Al-Haitham, and Al-Jazari.

Frank Florian of Public Programs at Science Centre at the opening of the exhibition remarked that Islamic researches have inspired much of the European Renaissance.

“A lot of the science and technology we use today actually had its origins in Mesopotamia. While the Dark Ages were occurring in Europe, Islamic science was flourishing,” Mr Florian said.

Speaking at the exhibition held by the Dubai-based MTE Studios, Mr Florian emphasized on giving historical facts showing how Muslim scientists in the past have contributed to the modern science and technology.

He once explained about a Muslim scientist named after Ababs bin Firnas who created the first successful flying machine in the 9th century, and another great figure like Ibnu Al-Haitham who invented the pinhole camera in the 10th century.

Another message that he wanted to share with the audience is that the Quran is the most scientific Holy book referring to the modern scientific discoveries that have relations to some verses in the Quran.

A number of Muslim scholars’ scientific discoveries, such as automatic flutes and elephant clocks, can be seen at the exhibition currently being held in Western Canada.

Brigades of Ansar Al-Islam Admit Firing ‘Khaibar’ Rocket to Israel

Palestine- One of Al-Qaeda-inspired Jihadi movements in Palestine, Brigades of Ansar Al-Islam, said on Friday (20/5/2010) that they launched an attack to southern Israel by firing ‘Khaibar’ rocket.

No casualties or injuries were reported by an Israeli spokesman in a statement regarding to the rocket attack on Thursday (20/5/2010) night.

On the same day, Israeli terrorist forces responded to the rocket attack by holding an airstrike targeting a number of areas in the Gaza Strip, such as in Al-Faraheen area in Khan Younis.

No civilians were martyred, but several farming lands ablaze due to of explosions carried out by those Israeli terrorists.

Another airstrike was launched in Beit hanoun in the north part of the Gaza Strip when several missiles of the Israeli terrorists were fired at a location presumably to be the training camp of Al-Qassam Mujahideen.

Later on Friday (21/5/2010), local report said that Israeli terrorist troops attacked the residents of Nabi Saleh in the central West Bank.

One Palestinian Muslim, Kamal Al-Rimawi, was reported to suffer from fatal injury as an effect of tear gas inhalation fired by the Israeli terrorists.

Kamal, whose face was hurt when the Israeli terrorists’ tear gas bullet struck his face, has now been getting medical treatment at a hospital near to Ramallah city.

Islamic State of Iraq- Sheikh Ayman Al-Zawahiri made his first video appearance since December 2009 with a message of praising the martyrdom of Sheikh Abu Omar Al-Baghdadi and Sheikh Abu Hamzah Al-Muhajir.

In an excerpt aired by Al-Jazeera, Sheikh Al-Zawahiri thanked to the both martyrs for ‘reviving Jihad’ in the country, and condemned the Crusade orchestrated by the Baghdad government and the US invaders.

Likewise, Sheikh Al-Zawahiri on the video launched on Thursday (20/5/2010) called on the new Amir Al-Mukminin of the Islamic State of Iraq, Sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi Al-Husseini Al-Qurashi, to take revenge over the martyrdom of both.

“You will finish what has been begun by Zarqawi and Al-Baghdadi, and must take revenge on their martyrdom,” said Sheikh Al-Zawahiri.

Sheikh Al-Zawahiri further accused the alliance of the Crusader-Safavid in a military operation that martyred both Sheikh Abu Omar Al-Baghdadi and Sheikh Abu Hamzah Al-Muhajir.

‘Safavid’ alone is a specific term for the secret cooperation between the US and Iran (Safavid Empire) in the massacre of the Iraqi Sunni Muslims.

Sheikh Ayman (Muhammad Rabaie) Al-Zawahiri is the second and last Amir (leader) of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad, or was the successor of the former Amir Abbud Al-Zumar who was sentenced to life imprisonment.

French Lawyer, Her Daughter Arrested for Insulting Muslim Woman Wearing Burqa

France- Following the massive misleading coverage on the Burqa ban issue by the Western media, a French lawyer was arrested by the local police for insulting a Muslim woman wearing Burqa.

The incident occurred when a 26-year-old Muslim convert was having a shopping at a store in Trignac, Nantes, then she met with the French lawyer who made ‘snide remarks about her black Burqa.’

A local police officer witnessed the lawyer was not happy with the Muslim woman and wanted the Burqa ban introduced as soon as possible.

Small-scale quarrel began when the lawyer likened the Muslim woman to Belphegor, a demon character that is famous amongst the French TV viewers for haunting the Louvre museum in Paris.

“The lawyer said she was not happy seeing a fellow shopper wearing a veil and wanted the ban introduced as soon as possible,” the police said.

“The shop manager and the husband of the Muslim woman moved to break up the fighting,” said the police further.

As a result, the Muslim woman, the lawyer, and the lawyer’s daughter were arrested by the Trignac police for questioning.

The lawyer’s daughter was also arrested as she was involved in ripping another Muslim woman’s veil off that led to a fierce quarrel between her mother and the 26-year-old Muslim woman they met at the store.

A speaker of the Trignac police has confirmed that it has received two complaints from the incident with the French lawyer and her daughter were accused of racial and racial assault.

France is now examining to pass a bill on the Burqa ban into a full law that will impose one year prison sentences and fines up to £14,000 for every single Muslim woman caught in hand wearing the Burqa or Niqab in public spaces.

If the bill is approved into a full law, this will make France the second country that outlaws Burqa, Niqab or any kind of face-covering.

Protests against such a discriminative treatment to those veiled Muslim women have emerged massively both from Muslims or non-Muslims in Europe.

John Dalhuisen of the Amnesty International affirmed the complete ban on the Burqa ‘would violate the rights to freedom of expression and religion.’

“A complete ban on the covering of the face would violate the rights to freedom of expression and religion of those women who wear the burqa or the niqab,” he said.

The results of the recent parliamentary election in Britain showed that the British people do not want their country to be part of the global war-mongering politics, aimed at bringing other countries under their bellies. The ruling Labor Party faced defeat at the elections, forcing Prime Minister Gordon Brown to step down. As such, neither the Labor Party nor the Conservatives achieved a land sliding victory. However, the Labor Party under the leadership of Gordon Brown humiliatingly faced defeat particularly for siding with the USA in its invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.

London unhesitatingly supports the American belligerent policy. In fact, the current war-mongering politics have created a gap between the British people and the Labor Party which expectedly resulted in defeat of the ruling party. If we have glance at the history of the American invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, we clearly see that the British government has had full participation in every crimes and brutality that the American has been committing in both countries. They have sent thousands of troops to the country to wage the war and are making the second largest contribution in terms of money and logistics. Such brutalities against the people of Afghanistan and Iraq at the hands of the invaders are unforgettable.

Expectedly, the so-called strategic friends of America faced defeat at the polling and showed that the British people are no more ready to allow their rulers to fight for the interests of America in Afghanistan and Iraq and pay in terms of life casualties. Hence, many allies of the crusaders coalitions are now backing away from their commitment to participate in the war, though initially America started the war with their support. They are no more willing to prop up the colonialist war and suffer life losses.

The recent unannounced and covert trip of John Key, Prime Minister of New Zealand is a good example. He met with the New Zealand troops in Afghanistan and heard their grievances. The troops were worried about their life and completely despondent whether they would ever be able to go out of Afghanistan alive and join their families back home. On his return to New Zealand after a three day visit to the country, he told reporters that waging war in Afghanistan was tantamount to playing with death and devastation. He pledged that he would pull the New Zealand troops out of Afghanistan as soon as possible.

The defeat of the Labor Party in the recent parliamentary elections — a party which supported initiation and continuation of the American invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq — shows that the public opposition to the war is steadily growing. They do not want their wealth and troops should become fodder of this war. This is a new development which simultaneously gives momentum to the current resistance in Afghanistan and Iraq, and meanwhile pointing to the fact that the victory is near at hand. Similarly, it portends that the freedom-fighting people in both countries will ultimately obtain their independence which has been snatched from them and will establish an Islamic government on the basis of the aspirations of their people.

Located precisely in the Saint-Louis area of Marseille – France’s biggest Muslim population, the Grand Mosque of Marseille is planned to accommodate up to 7,000 people within.

The Thursday lay-the-cornerstone ceremony was attended by local Muslims, Muslim leaders, and French politicians, who have just approved a bill on banning the Burqa and Niqab.

The Masjid alone will be open for either Muslims or non-Muslims in 2012, and will have Quranic school, libray, and restaurant.

Corey Saylor of Council on American-Islamic Relations responded to Williams’s writing as saying, “It would be shocking if such ignorant comments failed to elicit a strong response not only from Tea Party leaders, but also from other parties throughout the political spectrum.”

Negative response was also shown by an activist for Tea Party Patriots who said that the statement is a ‘hate speech’ and such an offensive comment cannot be accepted by the internal of Tea Party.

“This is hate speech and has no place in the tea party movement,” he said.

Marks Williams is standing against a plan by the Cordoba Initiative to build a huge Masjid and an Islamic cultural center at 45 Park Place New York City, which is close to Ground Zero.

Indonesia- Muslims worldwide has urged the owner of Facebook to shut ‘Everybody Draw Muhammad Day’ down, but the link does still exist until one day ahead of the event – that’s www.Islaminet.net understands.

Muslims worldwide, such as those in Indonesia and Pakistan, have urged the owner of this biggest social networking to block the link, but it appears that the summon has been neglected.

On Wednesday (19/5/2010), Indonesia’s Minister of Communication and Information Tifatul Sembiring has just recently sent an official letter to Facebook, calling for ban to the account.

“Directorate General of Telemathic Application has sent a letter to the FB manager in order to shut the account down. The letter was sent today,” said Mr Tifatul, who was former leader of Muslim Brotherhood-inspired Prosperous Justice Party.

Condemnation on ‘Everybody Draw Muhammad Day’ also came from Pakistan’s Islamic Lawyer Movement that has filed a petition in Lahore High Court through Chaudhry Zulfiqar.

Further Mr Zulfiqar, while referring to Article 2A, said that any practice against Islam is not allowed under the country’s regulation.

Good news comes from a report of A Pakistan News who said that the Pakistan’s Ministry of Communication has ‘blocked all the links of Facebook, holding a competition of blasphemous caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad.

As of May 19th, 2010, ‘Everybody Draw Muhammad Day’ Facebook invitation can still be accessed and has become an online ‘battle ground’ pitting one religion against other religions.

The invitation has got 14,404 confirmed guest, while 34,322 other Facebookers confirmed their opposition to the event as saying they would not attend the event.

Not only is the page used to publish insulting images of the Prophet Muhammad, but some offensive pictures of Jesus were also uploaded, while it appears that many Muslims on the account prefer to show the truth about Islam.

‘Everybody Draw Muhammad Day’ was created by ‘Citizens Against Citizens Against Humor (CACAH) and a crazy American artist Jon Wellington, who will accordingly ‘exhibit’ offensive pictures of the Prophet Muhammad tomorrow on May 20th, 2010.

In a statement to Comic Riffs, Wellington – who is an Adjunct Professor, said, “I created a Facebook event because that’s an easy way to remind myself of upcoming events and I thought it might serve that purpose for others too.”

In Islam, drawing the Prophet Muhammad is strictly forbidden, even though there is no specific tenet in the Quran saying so.

Making any picture of specific people in order to honour them or to idolize them very much is likewise prohibited; also meaning that images can give rise to idolatry.

Mujahideen Claim to Have Killed 46 NATO Soldiers only in A Day

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan- International Jihad forum has just recently reported that Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan launched another massive attack at one of the biggest NATO military base in Afghanistan.

On the pre-dawn attack, 20 Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan entered NATO Air-base in Bagram and blew themselves inside the base while some others outside on Wednesday (19/5/2010).

Further it is reported that seven Mujahideen were martyred; and 13 others returned safely after the attack, but the NATO alone faced heavy losses as 46 of their terrorist soldiers were killed at once.

However, spokesman of the Bagram’s NATO base Lt. Col. Clarence Counts falsely claimed that only five foreign terrorist troops were wounded.

“We’re always prepared to deal with attacks on our base, the this morning was immediate,” Counts said.

Later on Tuesday (18/5/2010), another martyrdom attack by Mujahideen of the Islamic State of Afghanistan was launched at US-NATO military vehicle convoy in the city of Kabul.

It is said that Mujahid Isamuddin – originally from Qara Bagh district of Kabul – drove his car, which had been provisioned with 750 kg explosive, to the convoy.

British Muslim Initiative, Stop the War Coalition to Hold ‘Defend the Muslim Community’

England- The UK’s ‘Prevent’ policy has ‘attempted’ to discriminate the British Muslims, and therefore British peace campaigners will join British Muslims to sound anti-discrimination against Muslim under an event called ‘Defend the Muslim Community.’

Coming as the initiators of the event, which will be held on June 5th, 2010, are the British Muslim Initiative that will work together with UK-based peace campaigner, Stop the War Coalition (StWC).

“The government’s Prevent anti-extremism programme has actually gone a long way in attempting to criminalize Muslims for their political beliefs. A person should not be regarded as an extremist just because they oppose a war most people in this country do not support,” said StWC’s Lindsey German.

The event alone will feature some outstanding speakers including Daud Abdullah of the Muslim Council of Britain, Moazzam Begg of Cage Prisoners, Kate Hudson of CND, Salma Yaqoob of Respect Party, and Robert Lambert of Scotland Yard’s Muslim.

In response to the July 2005 martyrdom operation targeting the London transport system that killed 52 people, the government of the United Kingdom has tunneled hundreds of millions from its national budget to launch an anti-extremism policy under the name ‘Prevent Programme.’

Opposition to the programme not only comes from the Muslim community but also non-Muslims as claiming that the policy is ‘spying on Muslims,’ and ‘stigmatizing and alienating Muslims.’

A committee of UK’s MPs has said on March this year that the Prevent Programme is used to ‘spy’ on Muslim community.

Chairman Phyllis Starkey talked to This Is London Magazine, “Many witnesses made plain they believe Prevent has been used to ‘spy’ on Muslim communites.”

Same as Lindsey German’s assertion, the Prevent Programme is considered an effort to create an opinion that discrimination against Muslims (under the name government’s policy) is ‘not racist.’

Somalia- Amidst the instability of the Somali puppet government, the spokesman of the country’s parliamentary, Sheikh Aden Nur Madobe, has clearly stated on Monday (17/5/2010) that he resigned from working for the puppet government.

Talking with reporters at the state house in Mogadishu, Sheikh Madobe announced his resignation in laud saying he will work with any other body who will intend to employ him.

Some claims that his resignation was due to continuous pressure from the president, while some other more state that there was pressure from the internal members of the parliament.

Above all, one pure and simple reason to this is that the Mujahideen struggle to establish an Islamic state in the country has become more apparent, which results in the inability of the puppet government to ‘defeat’ the Mujahideen of either Al-Shabab or Hizb Al-Islam.

This becomes clearer as local newspaper, Garowe Online, has reported on Monday (17/5/2010) that several Somali government military soldiers – with their weapons of about 4,000 machine guns – defected to the Mujahideen.

Indha Adde, former Minister of Defense, said, “Trained Somali government forces with their weapons have joined the ‘insurgent’ fighting us; and this is the work of some members in the government.”

Further Adde remarked that the resignation of those Somali government forces was because the government has failed to ‘pay’ their salaries.

“The soldiers were trained to fight so if the government fails to pay them then they will defect to the insurgent,” he added.

In Somalia, there are two major Jihadi movements namely Al-Shabab Mujahideen and Hizb Al-Islam Mujahideen who both work together to establish an Islamic state in the country and more importantly to bring down the puppet government sponsored by the UN.

Jihadi movements in Somalia have successfully taken control of about 80% of the entire regions in the country, meaning that the Islamic State of Somalia is coming closer to real.

Yemen- The Amir of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), Nasir Al-Wuhayshi, has confirmed on Sunday (16/5/2010) that Yemen-American born Muslim Mujahid scholar Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki is ‘in safe hands.’

“Awlaki... is amongst a crowd of Muslims who are idignant towards the oppressive US policy. Do not worry about the Sheikh. He is in safe hands,” said Nasir Al-Wuhayshi in a 10-minute audiotape distributed on the international Jihadi online forums.

The Amir Nasir Al-Wuhayshi, who spoke of Al-Qaeda’s religious duty, also warned against the US just in case Sheikh Wanwar Al-Awlaki gets hurt.

“Once you reach any of our regions, then you have reached... our support, and our troops will provide you with whatever you need,” Al-Wuhayshi remarked.

Also in the audiotape, the AQAP’s Amir Nasir Al-Wuhayshi praised the Nigerian hero Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who is a student of Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki.

Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki, who holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from San Diego State University, has been listed on the US’s most wanted people because of his involvement in two martyrdom actions in the US.

Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki was first linked to an effort of Major Nidal Hasan to kill US soldiers at Fort Hood, Texas November 2009, which resulted in 13 US terrorist soldiers killed.

He was also accused of training and encouraging Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab to conduct a martyrdom attack by exploding a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit on Christmas last year.

In March 2010, Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki released a 12-minute audio message calling on American Muslims and other Muslims worldwide to take part in the global Jihad against America.

On his message, Sheikh Al-Awlaki believes that Jihad against the US is ‘binding upon’ himself and Muslims worldwide.

Twenty people – either US terrorist soldiers or the Afghan puppet army forces – were killed at once.

Later on Sunday (16/5/2010) still in Kandahar, the field reporter of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan told that two agents of National Directorate of Security (NDS) and a local spy were killed.

Three other more at the same location were killed as a ‘motorcycle bomb’ exploded in the district of Bashmol near a check-point of the Afghan puppet army.

The report also says that the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have brilliantly destroyed four US/NATO tanks in total during the attack on Saturday (15/6/2010) until Sunday (16/5/2010).

One US armoured tank was destroyed and three American terrorists were killed at once when the tank was passing a road planted with Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Kunar.

Another IED also blew up one NATO tank carrying one NATO officer within in Dil Aram district of Nimroze.

Islamic State of Iraq- The new Amir Al-Mukminin (Leader of Believers) as well as the Vice Amir Al-Mukminin of the Islamic State of Iraq has been chosen by the Shura council today (16/5/2010).

The new Amir Al-Mukminin is an Iraqi-born Sheikh Al-Mujahid Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi Al-Husseini Al-Qurashi, while the Vice Amir Al-Mukminin (Prime Minister) is Sheikh Al-Mujahid Abu Abdullah Al-Husseini Al-Qurashi.

The two top leaders of the Islamic State of Iraq, which is an umbrella organization for Al-Qaeda and other Jihadi movements, have now replaced the martyrs Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi, and his Minister of War Abu Hamzah Al-Muhajir.

The election of the two top leaders of the Islamic State of Iraq then also means that the Jihad against the US invasion and the Shi’a in Iraq will flourish and be continued with new administration.

The announcement came a day after the Islamic State of Iraq announced its new Minister of War Abu Suleiman Al-Nasser Lideen Allah who promised to continue the path of Jihad in the Land of Iraq.

Muslim Mujahideen worldwide welcomed the news happily saying that the names of the new leaders of the Islamic State of Iraq is ‘a strike on the kuffar’ Shiites, American terrorists, and the puppet government.

Both Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi Al-Hussein Al-Qurashi and Abu Abdullah Al-Baghdadi A-Husseini Al-Qurashi are pious Muslims and ‘have deep knowledge of theological science and...Jihad.’

The two are apparently not related each other, in the case of kinship, but the two are believed to be descendants of the Prophet Muhammad’s tribe, Quraishi.

The choosing of Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi and Abu Abdullah Al-Baghdadi is based on the Islamic teaching that a leader of a region must be the one originally from the region, and fortunately, the two not only meet the point but the two are also descendants of the Prophet Muhammad.

Mujahideen worldwide are now hoping that there will be stronger fight against the discrimination and invasion from either US terrorists or the Shiites.

United States- The Michigan office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations urged the US President Hussein Obama to unveil the reality behind the murder of wise Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah by FBI terrorists.

In a letter dated today, the Michigan’s CAIR called on the President to begin a civil rights investigation upon the martyrdom of Luqman Ameen Abdullah who was shot to death by FBI terrorist on October 29th, 2009.

Michigan’s CAIR has also sent request to the FBI terrorists for a video footage recorded during the raid in a Dearborn warehouse in order to prove whether or not Luqman Ameen Abdullah was holding a gun at that time.

“All the FBI has to do is release the video footage. If it shows him with a gun in his hand, then we were wrong and we will admit that. But if not, then it is a whole different story,” said Dawud Walid, executive director of Michigan’s CAIR.

Sweden- The home of insane Swedish artist Lars Vilks was almost burnt as he swore not to give up after getting physical assault few days ago.

Vilks’s home in Nyhamslage of southern Sweden was hit by a suspected arson attack on late Friday night (14/5/2010), local police has confirmed.

No casualties were reported from the attack, but some windows were broken after apparently being smashed by people passing by the home.

Police also found plastic bottles filled with petroleum and fire damage on the wall of the home, looking like the attackers tried to begin the fire from inside but the flames had been tamed.

The Friday attack on Vilks’s home adds one entry to the list of attack and threat addressed to this insane artist who drew the Prophet Muhammad in a dog’s body in 2007.

On Tuesday May 11th, 2010, Vilks finally got his first physical assault when a student of Uppsala University head-butted on him then resulted in his glasses broken.

Later on Wednesday (12/5/2010), Vilks confirmed to the media that he will not ‘give up’ after the Tuesday attack on him as well as after knowing his personal website was hacked.

Islamic State of Iraq- The administration of the Islamic State of Iraq has appointed a new Minister of War named after Abu Suleiman Al-Nasser Lideen Allah (The Supporter for the Faith of Allah) replacing former Minister of War Abu Hamzah Al-Muhajir.

On his official statement released on Friday (14/5/2010), Abu Suleiman promises to ‘continue the path of Jihad,’ also meaning that the Jihadic movement will continue after the martyrdom of two top leaders of the Islamic State of Iraq, Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi and Abu Hamzah Al-Muhajir on April 18th, 2010.

Abu Suleiman has also promised to take revenge against the ‘polytheistic rejecters’ – common term addressed to Shiites – under the new Jihadi military operation named “The Attack of the Monotheists in Revenge for Honors in the Prisons of Apostates.”

“The matter has become unbearable, patience has run out... We named this invasion, 'The Attack of the Monotheists in Revenge for Honors in the Prisons of Apostates,” he said on the statement.

It is apparent that the Jihadi military operation has been launched on Monday (10/5/2010) when a series of martyrdom operations and ambushes resulted in 119 Shiites and members of kuffar security forces.

Many Jihad analysts believed the attack was a revenge to the martyrdom of Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi and Abu Hamzah Al-Muhajir as well as a lesson to the Iraq’s military, police, and Shiites for abusing the Sunni Muslims in many secret prisons.

Indonesia- The district government of Southern Aceh bans all civil servants from growing beard, meaning that Indonesia is also suffering from Islamophobia.

The ban is now facing a number of criticism from Muslim activists saying that the ban a kind of discrimination.

“The ban on growing beard amongst civil servants is categorized a discrimination and restriction to public expression,” said a Muslim activist, Hendra Budian on Thursday (14/5/2010).

Further Budian called the ban has no significant importance to the progress in developing the area.

“It’s arrogant and has no substance, while there are so many sectors need to get more attention from the government,” he said.

Secretary General of Aceh Ulema Assembly (HUDA), Teuku Faisal Ali decries the ban because growing beard is a sunnah (Islamic teaching as what the Prophet Muhammad ordered and did during his life) in Islamic teaching.

“In Islam, growing beard is a sunnah, but the regent bans it. It’s strange!” said Ustadz Faisal Ali.

Islam suggests all the Muslim men to grow beard as an effort to differ Muslim people from the Jewish people.

Wrong Arrest, Indonesia’s Anti-Terror Squad Free 11 Muslims Silently

Knowing such a mistake then Densus 88 freed the 11 Muslims on Thursday (13/5/2010) without informing the public via the media that those Muslims are not ‘terrorists,’ and the Densus 88 alone has made a big mistake.

Local sources has on Friday (14/5/2010) reported that the 11 Muslims were only members of Jamaah Ansar At-Tauhid, and had no relations with a Jihadic military training in Aceh Province.

The 11 members of Jamaah Ansar At-Tauhid are Nining, Hendro, Salahudin, Mali, Firman, Heri Purwanto, Agus, Heriyanto, Adriansyah, Muhammad Ilham, and Abdullah Al-Katiri.

Guntur Fatahilah, head of Muslim Advocacy Team (TPM), witnessed that the 11 Muslims were brought outside of the jail one by one on Thursday night, without telling the public that they are not ‘terrorists.’

“If pure there were no strong evidences, why should those Muslims be arrested. This is a wrong arrest,” Fatahilah said.

Further TPM will react to this wrong arrest saying that TPM would sue for pre-court against the Densus 88.

“We will do legal action, pre-court against the Indonesian Police,” said Fatahilah.

TPM would also sue the Indonesian Police for ‘kidnapping’ those 11 Muslims.

“There was no letter of arrest to those 11 Muslims, and only this day did the Indonesian Police issu the letter of arrest to them,” Fatahilah remarked.

Indonesia’s Anti-Terror Squad (Densus 88) has made an advanced progress in detaining and kidnapping a number of Indonesian pious Muslims ahead of the visit of the US President Barrack Obama.

Though the Indonesian Police often said they were hunting for ‘terrorists’ taking part in a Jihadic military training in Aceh Province last February, many analysts believed this progress is only a way of turning the public’s heads from some scandals involving the Indonesian Police within.

Sweden- An insane artist Lars Vilks who drew the Prophet Muhammad in a dog’s body said on Wednesday (12/5/2010) that he would not give up, and wished for being ‘re-invited’ to deliver another lecture as a means of insulting Islam.

“I’m ready to go up again. This must be carried through. You cannot allow it to be stopped,” Vilks talked to AP.

Upsalla University alone, via its spokeswoman, has confirmed that it would never again invite the insane artist as saying, “It’s nothing that we’re discussing right now, but it’s not very likely given how it turned out here.”

Lars Vilks found he was head-butted by a student at Upsalla University on Tuesday (11/5/2010) when he was delivering a offensive lecture about the limits of freedom expression.

On the same occasion, he also played a banned-by-Youtube short movie that shows Muslims and the Prophet Muhammad were represented in homosexuality.

Not only did he receive his first physical God’s punishment through the incident, but also his personal website was hijacked with a message and links to information about the Prophet Muhammad.

As reported by Islaminet yesterday, Vilks’s glasses got broken following the incident, but he admitted that he did not give up to the situation and hoped for another chance to do the same at the Sweden’s oldest and most prestigious university.

However, he should now face the reality that the university part would never again invite him to freely insult and offend Islam.

Opposition against him, likewise, emerged from Fredrik Reinfeldt – Sweden’s Prime Minister – who said that he takes the case ‘very seriously.’

3 Helicopters Shot Down, 55 US Terrorists Killed by Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

Afghanistan- Field reporter of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has reported on Monday (11/5/2010) that 55 ‘American invading terrorists’ were killed when the US and NATO military forces dropped them in Dowzad District.

The heavy defeat of foreign soldiers in Afghanistan began when the US was attempting to ‘airdrop’ their “heroes” by 20 helicopters before they were attacked simultaneously by the Mujahideen from Monday noon up to late night of the day.

“The deadly battle erupted as about hundreds of American coward terrorists, airdropped by some 20 helicopters into different areas of Nowzad district, wanting to carry out a large scale operation in the area, came under attacks by Mujahdeen from every direction that caused a daylong face-to-face fighting,” said Qari Muhammad Yousuf, one field reporter of the Islamic Mujahideen of Afghanistan.

The Mujahideen, which are currently undertaking Al-Faath (victory) military operation throughout the country, also brought down three ‘Chinook-like' helicopters on the same day.

“As many as 55 American invading terrorists have been killed and 37 terribly injured with their three Chinook-like helicopters were shot down in clashes with the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in Helmand’s Nowzad district,” Muhammad Yousuf further reported.

The Mujahideen, likewise, claimed that no Mujahid was wounded and they could grab tons of US arms and ammo left in the areas.

“No Mujahid has, by the virtue of Allah’s bounty and His mercy, been harmed, while Mujahideen have taken the abandoned arms and ammo,” said Muhammad Yousuf.

Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has been conducting Al-Faath operation since May 10th, 2010 aimed at ‘expediting the momentum of the Jihadic activities.’

The military operation of Al-Faath is said by Jihadic analysts as the biggest and the most successful military operation held by the Mujahideen since 2001 when foreign terrorists began invading the Land of Afghanistan.

The Al-Faath Jihadic operation has been targeting the ‘invading Americans, the NATO military personnel,’ and supporters of ‘foreign invaders who are working for the strengthening of foreign domination.’

US Drone Attacks Martyr 20 Civil Muslims in Pakistan

Pakistan- Local source, Press TV, has reported on Sunday (10/5/2010) that at least 20 Pakistani civilians were martyred as US drone blindly fired missiles into civilian houses in some locations in North Waziristan.

Two missiles from the US drone were launched at a house of a local tribesman Awal Gul in Enzer Kasa village, Datta Khel, North Waziristan.

Later on the same day, 18 missiles from the US drone were fired at civilian houses in Inzarkas village, Lawara Mandi, North Waziristan.

The Sunday blind attack was the second act in the last few days, which later also contributes to the increasing of civilian death toll.

The US Ministry of Defense later justified the blind attack as claiming that the US drone predators were targeting a Mujahideen compound.

It is worth mentioning that the Western media claimed the attack had ‘killed’ 24 militants, even though real fact from the local sources mentioned that the 24 were actually civilians.

There is a big gap between the number of civilian casualties released by the US and those data from local Pakistani sources, which put the number of casualties at more than 600 while the US put the number of civilian casualties at fewer than 30.

To cope with such data, the US often claimed that their drone attacks have successfully ‘killed’ 500 ‘lower-level’ Mujahideen, meaning that Mujahideen who were not in combatant.

No matter what, analysts asserted that there is no certain way of judging which ones were higher-level militants and which others were lower-level militants.

“It is unclear how you define who is a militant and who is a militant leader,” said Daniel Byman of Brookings Institution’s Saban Center for Middle East Policy.

The US drone attack in Pakistan was first initiated by Central Intelligence Agency’s Special Activities Division in 2004 when the US was led by the one big terrorist George W Bush.

During the Obama’s administration, which often promises to shape better ties with the Islam world, the number of US drone attack that led to civilian casualties has much further increased.

Council of Europe, Socialist Stand against Burqa Ban in France

France- One of the oldest international organization concerned with European integration, Council of Europe, has released its official statement saying that women should be free to wear Burqa, Niqab, or Hijab if they want to.

The statement, dated on Tuesday (11/5/2010), also believes that such a ban on wearing the Burqa or Niqab ‘would rob women off their freedom of expression and could violate their religious freedoms.’

The Council of Europe, which consists of 47 member countries within, sounded its stance against the ban on the construction of minaret in Switzerland.

The statement came out as the Council of Europe will be holding its plenary in the coming month.

Opposition against the Burqa ban was also voiced by France’s Socialist proposing a milder bill based on practicality rather than values.

“What we want is efficiency rather than symbolism,” said Jean-Marc Ayrault referring to the consideration behind the Burqa ban.

The Socialist politicians, likewise, spoke against religious discrimination that is focused on ‘security and pragmatism.’

“We believe that banning it from the public sphere... risks stigmatizing people and above all being totally ineffective because it would be unenforceable,” remarked Martine Aubry, the leader of the Socialist.

Founded in 1949, the Council of Europe emphasizes on legal standards, human rights, democratic development, the rule of law, and cultural cooperation.

Sweden- A crazy Swedish artist who depicted the Prophet Muhammad in a dog’s body got his first physycal assault on Tuesday (11/5/2010) when he was delivering a lecture at Uppsala University.

A man attending his lecture about the limit of freedom in art came up from the front row and head-butted the crazy artist, resulting in Vilks’s glasses broken.

A video footage of a Swedish paper shows two men were arrested even though it is still unclear if the brave attacker was amongst them.

“A man ran up and threw himself over me. I was head-butted and my glasses were broken,” said the crazy artist Lars Vilks.

On his session, Vilks also played a video about Islam and homosexuality wherein the video says Muslims and the Prophet Muhammad are represented in homosexual condition.

“It was about when Muslims and Muhammad are represented in homosexual situations,” said Anders Montelius, another student attending the lecture.

Only in less than 15 all the things happened when Vilks played the video that has been banned from Youtube.

“A guy from the front row gets up and sets upon Vilks. Several others followed this man. There was commotion and police pepper-sprayed a couple of people,” Montelius witnessed.

Soon as there was clarification that the lecture would not be continued, people attending the session looked happy, chanting “Allah Akbar” (God is great!).

Confirmed further, the university said that it had made contact with the local police and security guards far before the lecture was held, but with the “help of Allah,” this brave man could breached such a human-made shield and gave a lesson to Vilks.

“We think it is our task as a university to be able to discuss difficult issues. We think it is very unfortunate that this has resulted in violence,” said the university spokesman.

In 2007, Lars Vilks made a drawing of the Prophet Muhammad in a dog’s body that sparked anger amongst Muslims worldwide who were just shocked by another offensive drawing of the Prophet Muhammad by Westergaard in 2005.

In the same year, Al-Qaida announced to award $100,000 bounty for everyone who can kill the crazy artist Lars Vilks.

Indonesia- The vice governor of Indonesia’s Nangro Aceh Darussalam province, Muhammad Nazar, has just recently launched a biography of a prominent Acehnese Muslim scholar named Teuku Chik H Muhammad Yusuf Ibrahim.

The launching of the figure who was also known as Abu Kruet Lintang was signed with a book giving by Muhammad Nazar to the head of Bustanul Huda Islamic boarding school, Abu Muhammad Ali.

The late Muhammad Yusuf Ibrahim alone was the founder of Bustanul Huda Islamic boarding school that is located in the village of Alue Cek Doi, Julok sub-district, eastern Aceh district.

The book mostly discusses the life of the late Muhammad Yusuf Ibrahim in spreading Islam, and his strugle to establish and manage the dayah (local word for Islamic boarding school) during his life.

“There are so many exemplary behaviors can we take and imply in daily life and the future,” said Muhammad Nazar.

He, along with the government of Aceh province, supports totally such a book for further development of Islam in Aceh.

“It’s important because we have our own civilization, especially about Islam that was spread through dayah...” he said.
